Anonymousit have no reason to use... need action and once per long rest... even if you have aura you cause 1d6 if they fail the saving throw...

The shield is insanely strong if you can combo on lightning damage, such as with tempest cleric at level 6 with thunderous strike. Enemies will learn the way of the Bzzzt and the Yeet.

i can't read that item name without being reminded of the "german sparkle party" youtube video. so it counts as a cursed item to me :)
I’m so mad i missed this my lighting paladin would have been amazing with this
