Almost useless cantrip. I used it only 2 times in whole game. And that 2 times was situational.

AnonymousBest cantrip for act 1 and 2 in strategic.
It hit most of the time, has insane range, don't require a good line of sight to be casted. Also the reduce healing is good vs many.
Consistent and effective.
AnonymousIt' also stops you from healing or using a healing potion. You can still cast a healing spell but it' heals for 0

AnonymousWhat is the verbal component when you cast this spell? Because what I hear always is “Timmy”. XD

AnonymousA much better name for the spell then Chill Touch, as it's neither Cold damage or a Touch spell.

AnonymousI don't know if I've ever seen an enemy heal themselves. Maybe this will be useful on the highest difficulty, but playing on standard difficulty, the niche that this cantrip it's supposed to cover (stopping heals) ends up being nonexistent. (Although there is an elemental that heals itself in lava...)
It's good against undead though. That disadvantage can save your ass on certain deadly foes.
