Star of Unbeing is a Unique Mace in Avowed. Maces are one-handed weapons that deal blunt damage.

The crude, almost organic shape of this wicked mace gives the appearance that it was sculpted rather than forged. A rancid smell emanates from the thing, indicative of the strange, toxic properties of whatever metal this weapon was crafted out of. Based on the appearance of this weapon, it should be much heavier for its size than it is, but is shockingly light. This mace, much like the story behind its creation, is an utter mystery.

Star of Unbeing can be obtained at the following Location:

• Shatterscarp: Can be found on a table right after the first trial in Naku Kubel, during the Main Quest Shadows of the Past. [Avowed Map Link]

Enchanting Star of Unbeing in Avowed

Unique Weapons have two starting Enchantments when picked up. At Enchanting Stations, players are able to replace the Primary Enchantment by selecting one of two available options. This selection will REPLACE the starting Primary Enchantment.

Enchanting requires specific Enchanting Materials and Currency. It is important to note that this process CANNOT BE UNDONE. Choose wisely when selecting an enchantment.

Enchanting Materials consist of a variety of Monster Parts, like Bear Claw or Primal Flame.

Avowed Upgrade Table for Star of Unbeing

Star of Unbeing can be upgraded by using the Workbench with Materials and gold.

Unique Weapons can be upgraded in 1 rarity from +0 to +3, with the next upgrade after +3 increasing its rarity and changing the materials required to upgrade it. Unlike Standard Weapons, Unique Weapons have also a fifth and final tier after Superb, which is called Legendary. This fifth tier allows Unique Weapons to be upgraded further than the standard counterparts.

Upgrading Star of Unbeing will only upgrade the Physical Damage and Stun stats.
