Common Grimoire of Embers is a Grimoire Weapon in Avowed. Grimoires enable a variety of Spells to be Cast or unlocked in the Wizard Ability Tree. They can only be equipped in your Offhand, and can even be used alongside one-handed weapons, such as Swords.

A grimoire used by Magranite smiths to keep their forges warm and temples protected. The latter half of the book includes fables for young fire godlike, with morals about fire safety and controlling one's inner flame.
