PATHETIC is a creative studio that builds brands with entertainment, creativity, and technology. We make comedy series, creator campaigns, apps, and stunts for tech brands like Deel, Square, Cash App, Ramp, and DoorDash.

PATHETIC started as a meme page, grew into a community of creatives, and we launched our brand studio in 2025. The page reaches 50m+ people a month with 293k followers - giving us cultural intel and a direct line to the best creatives on the internet.

Advertising is broken: glossy, aspirational and nothing like real life. We do the opposite: real, shared human experience turned into entertainment and amplified with next-gen media and creators.

We're a small NYC team that makes work seen by millions, and we take our unserious work very seriously.

We're hiring a project manager to execute brilliant creative campaigns - owning pre & post productions, budgets, and timelines, across video, microsites, IRL stunts, and more, making sure the work we produce is creatively and strategically world class. 

• Own production end to end - run pre-production through delivery on every project, from video shoots to microsites to IRL stunts to mailers
• Manage budgets - build, track, and protect them, keep internal teams up to date and negotiate & contract vendors 
• Own timelines - build realistic schedules, keep every workstream moving, flag risks before they become problems
• Coordinate crews, vendors, and freelancers - source, book, and manage DPs, editors, fabricators, studios, and more
• Wear many hats - one week you’ll be running prep for a high-production value shoot, the next you're managing a print run or an app build; no two projects look the same
• Own quality - sweat the details on every deliverable and make sure nothing launches that isn't world class
• Bring a creative opinion - everyone at PATHETIC has one; pressure-test ideas, push the work to be better, review honestly
• Keep clients and account leads updated and confident in our output - clear & consistent updates, no surprises

• 5 years in production or project management across video, social, experiential, or digital - agency, studio, or production company (ideally a mix)
• Real production experience - you've run shoots, managed vendors, and know what it takes to get bring brilliant work to life 
• Sharp on budgets and timelines - you can build both from scratch and hold teams to them
• Flexible and resourceful - comfortable jumping between formats, solving problems on the fly, and figuring it out when there's no existing playbook
• An opinion on creative work - you know what great looks like and you aren't shy about saying so
• A sharp communicator and organizer - calm under pressure, keeps teams accountable, and moves work forward without needing to be chased - you are the chaser (��I am the one who knocks”, lol)
• Self-directed, self-motivated, and highly autonomous
• NYC-based and able to be on set, on site, and in the room (our office) when required
• Willingness (and enthusiasm) to work in-person a minimum of 3-days per week

• $85k - $105k depending on experience 
• Commission on new business you bring in
