Michael Winn shared thisGreat Communities Don't Happen by Accident Monday, I had the opportunity to spend the day in Clearwater facilitating an in-person workshop as we continue building the Downtown Clearwater destination brand. One thing has become incredibly clear throughout this project: Strong communities aren't built by one organization or one great idea. They're built when business leaders, residents, government, nonprofits, and community partners begin working toward a shared vision. Branding isn't just about logos or taglines. It's about creating clarity around where you're going, and giving people something they want to be part of. I'm excited to see what's next for Downtown Clearwater. This work is just getting started.
