  • From day one, Rare Beauty has been committed to expanding access to mental health support for young people everywhere. That commitment comes to life through the Rare Impact Fund - and today, they’re launching their official LinkedIn. Rare Impact Fund supports organizations around the world working directly with and for young people, investing not just in programs but in the long-term strength of the mental health ecosystem. Welcome to the official Rare Impact Fund LinkedIn page - a space for learning, collaboration, and collective action around youth mental health. Here, we’ll share insights from our partners, lessons from the field, and perspectives on the systems-level change required to improve youth mental health globally. Before Rare Beauty ever launched, our founder, Selena Gomez, was already committed to advancing mental health in a way that went beyond awareness. Drawing from her lived experience, Selena envisioned a model that paired storytelling with sustained investment, using the power of brand to help expand access to mental health support for young people. That vision became the Rare Impact Fund. Today, the Fund works to close the gap between need and access by mobilizing resources through grantmaking, field-building, and cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on reaching under-resourced communities. Alongside our partners, we’re working toward a bold goal: mobilizing $100 million to support organizations strengthening mental health care for young people around the world. We currently support 30 nonprofit partners across five continents, each advancing evidence-informed, community-rooted solutions - from school-based programs and community support networks to crisis intervention and suicide prevention services. Our role goes beyond funding this work. We learn alongside our partners, share what’s working and help move the broader field forward. This space will offer insight into the systems change required to improve youth mental health, highlighting partner perspectives, emerging trends, and the collaboration needed across philanthropy, business, and community to create lasting impact. As we step into 2026, we’re building on the momentum of the past five years to deepen our impact and expand access to youth mental health support around the world. For donors, advocates, and anyone invested in the future of youth mental health, we invite you to follow along, engage in conversation, and help build what comes next - together.

  • Our nationwide launch at Ulta Beauty marked our first major U.S. retail expansion since debut and delivered Ulta’s highest-selling brand debut on launch day.   Entering launch day as Ulta’s most-searched-for brand, we topped charts across blush, highlighter, contour, bronzer, lip, and brow. The launch also introduced two Ulta-exclusive starter kits — Selena’s Most Loved and Selena’s Lash & Brow Duo — designed to welcome new customers into the brand.   This partnership reflects a shared commitment to growth with purpose, with February checkout donations supporting youth mental health through the Rare Impact Fund and the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation.   Grateful to our partners at Ulta and to the community who made this milestone possible. #RareBeauty #UltaBeauty #RareImpactFund https://lnkd.in/edWvXfr5

  • Proud to share the launch of the Tezza Rare filter in partnership with TezzaRare Beauty’s first-ever digital preset, created as a free offering to our community.   Designed to bridge the physical and the digital, the filter translates the warmth, softness, and sunlit glow of our Warm Wishes Soft Matte Powder Bronzer into a creative tool people can use in their everyday content. It’s a small but meaningful step in bringing product stories into the spaces where our community already spends time creating.   We’re excited for this partnership and what it represents at the intersection of beauty, technology, and creativity. Grateful to the Tezza team for an inspiring collaboration and for what’s possible when brands and platforms build together.

  • We’re proud to bring our feel-good formulas to even more communities nationwide with our launch at Ulta Beauty on February 1.   To mark the launch, we’re introducing a first-of-its-kind giving initiative. From February 1–28, guests can donate in-store at checkout, with 50% supporting the Rare Impact Fund and 50% supporting the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation. All donations will help empower youth in communities across the country by supporting their wellbeing and mental health.   Thank you to the Ulta Beauty team for the partnership, and to our community for helping us reach this milestone. We’re excited for what’s ahead. https://lnkd.in/euQD_-Gq

  • We’re honored to share that our first-ever fine fragrance, Rare Eau de Parfum, has been named WWD BeautyInc’s Innovator of the Year in Fragrance.   Our expansion into fragrance marked an important milestone for us. One defined by a modern gourmand profile, a customizable scent experience, and packaging designed with accessible in mind. The industry and community response has been extraordinary, and we’re deeply proud of this launch.   Thank you to WWD BeautyInc for this honor, and to our community for embracing our first fragrance with so much love. https://lnkd.in/gBc3-j56

  • Last week, Founder Selena Gomez paid a special visit to one of the #RareImpactFund nonprofit partners, Didi Hirsch. Founded in 1942, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services saves and transforms lives through world-class, whole-person mental health care and suicide prevention. Each year, the organization provides services to more than 270,000 children, adults, and families across its programs.     Selena toured Didi Hirsch’s new youth drop-in center in Glendale, California. Named Our Third Place as it serves as a safe space between home and school, the center features an array of creative therapy spaces including arts and crafts, self-care, and music rooms where students build confidence and express themselves. She then paid a visit to Didi Hirsch’s Suicide Prevention Center in Century City. The center is home to both Didi Hirsch’s Crisis and Teen Lines which provide crisis counseling and mental health support across the U.S. Selena toured each space, meeting with staff and youth and participating in conversations about the history of Didi Hirsch and the pressing needs of today's youth.  The Rare Impact Fund’s has been a proud supporter of Didi Hirsch since 2021. Their contribution helps expand Didi Hirsch’s community outreach and education efforts — raising awareness around suicide prevention and improving access to mental health resources for youth and families. Our community has guided us from the start, shaping our purpose, products, and cultural impact.   Over the past five years, they've also inspired the brand partnerships they wanted to see. The social tags, cultural callouts, and the way Soft Pinch Liquid Blush found its way into unexpected worlds sparked our first feel good collabs with Industrias Tajín, binkmade, and BÉIS.   We’re grateful for partners who celebrate what makes each of us rare. When our worlds align around authenticity and purpose, truly meaningful moments happen. https://lnkd.in/epYMb9YH - Glossy

  • Last month at the Rare Impact Fund Benefit, we celebrated a milestone that means so much to our entire team – five years of the Rare Impact Fund.   Founded with the vision that every young person deserves access to mental health care, stigma-free community support, and culturally responsive resources, the Rare Impact Fund has worked to mobilize $100 million to expand access to mental health resources for young people around the world.    In just five years, the Fund has supported 30 nonprofit organizations across five continents, reaching over 2 million young people annually through crisis response, school-based programs, and community-led initiatives.  To honor this work, the program included a special segment where five of our nonprofit partners – The Jed Foundation (JED), Labhya, La Familia, Trans Lifeline, Transformative Educational Leadership – were invited on stage for an honest and open conversation with Emmy Award-winning Late Night host #JimmyKimmel. The group shared insights on everything from the power of peer-to-peer support models to how prevention-based approaches can change the path for young people.  The Benefit brought together philanthropists, corporate supporters, nonprofit partners, and leaders across sectors, all united by the belief that mental health deserves the same care, attention, and investment as physical health.  To our nonprofit partners, thank you for the life-changing work you do every day. And to our supporters, thank you for helping us turn this shared vision into reality. Here’s to the next five years – and to building a future where every young person has access to the care they deserve. ✨ SEPHORA Pinterest PACSUN UCLA Health lululemon Universal Music Group kate spade new york #FindSOLLOS #AppleMusic WME | William Morris Endeavor Johnson Shapiro Slewett & Kole LLP Alaska Airlines CANDICE&ALISON Inc. nya studios BÉIS Alfa Romeo FabFitFun Diageo Kavahana Paradise Springs Winery Whiny Baby Loveweld Sockerbit Haikuists Mise by Chef Danny Elmaleh Levain Bakery #Serendipity Chipotle Mexican Grill #Laufey #RaeSada #TheMarias
