Intern Resume Building Workshop Recap 📄💫 Last week, we hosted a hands-on resume building workshop for our interns, led by HR Manager Olivia C. and HR Lead Kirstie Murillo. Each intern had the opportunity to meet 1:1 with our team for personalized resume feedback and guidance. During these sessions, our HR team shared best practices, offered tips and tricks, and provided thoughtful suggestions to help interns strengthen and refine their resumes. To support their continued growth, we also created and shared a Resume Guide they can use for revisions now and as a resource in the future. It was inspiring to see the questions, curiosity, and drive our interns brought to the workshop. Hydro Grip Gel Concealer — A Global Celebration 🖤 Our Hydro Grip Gel Concealer celebration went worldwide, bringing together our community across cities to experience the launch in real life. Last week in London, we hosted an intimate VIP dinner at The Hart, in partnership with Space NK, led by our Co-Founder Zanna Roberts Rassi Rassi. Guests were pre-seeded with a curated collection of Milk products — including the new concealer — to get ready using the full Hydro Grip lineup ahead of the evening. We also welcomed local creators for shade-matching appointments at Space NK’s Duke of York store, where our UK & Ireland Field Events + Education Manager, Victor T., and Sales & Education Executive — UK, Solveig Wilson-Duke, provided personalized matches. Welcome Our Spring 2026 Interns Last week, we kicked off our Spring Internship Program and welcomed our newest class of interns, starting the semester with creativity and community. We started the morning with our Global Education & Events Manager, Ari Adams, and Education Coordinator, Genesis Yi, who led a product education walkthrough and shade-matching session for our interns featuring some of our newest launches. The day began with a welcome lunch, followed by a conversation with our Brand President and Co-Founder, Mazdack Rassi, who walked interns through Milk’s Brand DNA and shared how the brand has evolved over time while staying rooted in what makes us unique. We also spent time reflecting on creativity — what sparks it, how it shows up in different ways, and how making space for it can help shape passions, purpose, and growth. To close out the day, interns created vision boards designed to inspire creativity and capture what they hope to build during their time at Milk.
