JRM completed a stylish fit-out for luxury fashion retailer Carolina Herrera at Westfield UTC in San Diego. Delivered in collaboration with MAOarch, Rosini Engineering, PC, and client representative Hyland Studio, the project brought the brand’s refined retail concept to life. Curved corners, arched portals, and recessed display niches create a soft, cohesive flow throughout the boutique, complemented by alternating pink and white hexagonal tile flooring, custom millwork, and elegant plaster finishes. JRM partnered with Hunter College to deliver an expansion and renovation at CENTRO: The Center for Puerto Rican Studies in New York City, in collaboration with Matiz Architecture & Design and Lizardos Engineering Associates D.P.C. The project transforms multiple levels of the building, including the café gallery, offices, and common areas, to support CENTRO’s academic and community-focused mission. Upgrades include movable gallery walls, acoustic enhancements, moss walls, custom lighting, and new mechanical systems built to support flexible programming and improved performance.

JRM Construction Management completed a transformative retail build-out for Roberto Cavalli at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida, in collaboration with RDC. The boutique’s refined sales floor features elegant marble flooring, custom display fixtures, and elevated lighting that highlight the brand’s bold, luxury aesthetic. Infrastructure upgrades included a new rooftop unit, air handler, and ductwork distribution system to ensure optimal climate control, along with enhanced back-of-house improvements for staff comfort and functionality. The result is a sophisticated shopping environment that reflects the unmistakable style of Roberto Cavalli.

JRM performed a critical crane pick at the Center Building in Long Island City, Queens—executed during the day along a busy stretch of Northern Boulevard. Originally a Ford Motor Company assembly plant for the Model A in the 1920s, the Center Building sits along a historic corridor once known for automotive production. Today, it operates as a multi-tenant commercial building. This lift supported the replacement of aging rooftop HVAC units as part of the building’s ongoing modernization project. From logistics and traffic coordination to safety planning and precise execution, every detail was managed to keep work moving efficiently with minimal disruption in an active urban environment. #CranePick #JRMProud
