As of January, Grüns in NOW the # 1 Greens Brand both in Retail AND on Amazon, including across all formats (gummies, powders, pills, etc)! In May of 2025, I shared that Grüns had taken the # 1 Greens Brand spot on Amazon. What’s happened since then? Grüns is now over 4x larger than any greens alternative on Amazon. 4x larger. That’s wild… You know the powders :) In retail, the story is even more exciting! We launched Retail just about a year ago, with most efforts coming online in the back half of 2025. You get to the # 1 Greens Brand spot across all of Retail through multiple vectors: (1) # of Products (SKUs) (2) # of SKU Shelf Facings (3) Velocities (how fast people buy your product) (4) # of Unique Retailers (5) # of Doors across Retailers We don’t have a lot of greens products in Retail (just Grüns and Grüns Kids). Our SKU facings are expanding as we’ve proven with our partners that customers want Grüns and will come into their stores specifically to buy Grüns. We’re driving store trips for our retail partners that turn into broader store browsing. Our velocities are multiples higher than alternatives, with repeat rates at the top of the category. It’s awesome that people try Grüns, but it’s even better that people come back to buy Grüns regularly. We’ve been fortunate to expand with amazing partners across natural, mass, club, grocery, and alternative — with more coming soon! 👀 So while it’s amazing to see the progress in Retail so far, it’s been under a year since we first started executing Retail. Imagine what this will looks like even a year or two from now. We have incredible activations and expansions planned with our current partners! And we have new partners coming online soon. Posts like this can be uncomfortable for me, because they feel like a monologue of all of the exciting achievements the entire Grüns team is making possible. But I hope you know that we don’t lose sight of what literally makes this possible. You! You’re the ones finding value in Grüns, going to your favorite retailers, going back to restock, and sharing with friends and family. Immün is back!! 🍍 The Ü Snacks (Grüns) team moves fast. We learned quickly after launch that Immün is your daily habit and defense, not an afterthought that only comes around when people start talking about the flu. When we launched last October, we sold out of Immün within 2 days and had to shut off new subscriptions. We thought that inventory would last 30-60 days. So what changed? The Üniverse is here. 🐻 I'm thrilled to finally unveil Ü Snacks and what it means for the future of your favorite gummy bears! About 3.5 years ago, I had a simple experience that I'm sure many of you can relate to. A gross powder drink that made me realize I was NOT going to keep that healthy habit longer than one month. That experience led to a nonrevolutionary belief: feeling good shouldn't be so hard and unenjoyable. Because your healthiest habit is the one you'll actually keep. Fast-forward one year, and I launched Grüns in August of 2023. When I launched Grüns, I had to pretend to investors that there wasn't an entire supplements and nutrition category that I intended to disrupt and/or bring incremental innovation to. I had to focus on the single innovation that NEEDED to work -- Grüns -- that would set the foundation for what would come. Even though I knew we would eventually bring dozens of novel innovations to market, hopefully positively impacting (eventually hundreds of) millions of lives. I'm the founder of Grüns. But who are the founders of Nütrops, Immün, Jüced, and the many additional innovations coming? Hundreds of Ü Snacks team members working daily to push the category forward with novel innovation. I'm proud to say that these 100+ co-founders bring complex, compelling formulations to market beyond what I ever could have done myself. Our reveal of Ü Snacks today marks the formal recognition of where we're headed. A nod to where we've come from, but an overwhelming excitement for what's ahead! Nothing about your favorite Grüns gummies or your favorite Nütrops, Jüced, or Immün gummies will change. They just have a home under the trusting umbrella of Ü Snacks now. Thank you for supporting endlessly. I can't tell you how much that means to me. This community is kind. I received this Slack note that made me teary-eyed. Companies often focus exclusively on the impact they make externally. But what about the impact you can make internally? One of our team members recently celebrated their 2nd anniversary at Grüns and shared with me the impact Grüns has had on their life. My objective since Day 1 of Grüns was to design an experience that would make working at Grüns the best time of our employees’ lives: professionally, mentally, AND physically. Together with our Chief People Officer Jaime Petkanics, I want our employees to look back on their time at Grüns nostalgically and view their time here as a catalyst for the growth they experienced throughout their career. This objective is part of our employee onboarding. Jaime and I will check in with employees 1:1 if I feel we’re not delivering, and we’ll make changes swiftly to resolve concerns our employees express. The result: As of November 2025, our employee NPS is 76, which is 245% above the average company and 33% above the top decile of companies. Even better, our employee NPS has improved 12% from a score of 68 when we first ran our employee engagement survey in May 2025, six months ago. Jaime and I are still learning so take these recommendations as a work-in-progress, but here are three things I believe can improve your employees’ experience: 1. Autonomy is essential. How? Hire top talent. Provide a north star KPI and only 1-3 clear guardrails. Let your team execute within that very large surface area. (that’s what you hired them for, anyway) 2. Transparency from the top. Context leads to better decisions. We share everything at Grüns. My team understands my decisions. I understand theirs. 3. Listen to your team. They’re talking. They share what’s working, what isn’t, and the parts of their job that are less efficient or less fun. Make their experience incrementally better each day. As a leader, you personally might have the single most meaningful impact on your team’s lives. I hope you find that responsibility as daunting and rewarding as I do.

Grüns is going INTERNATIONAL! 🌎🐻 And I want your help to do it. (Join the team!) Our Chief International Officer starts on November 17. He’s an industry veteran who has led international growth multiple times. International is a new business built on a proven U.S. foundation, and we're moving at the same pace that built a $300M revenue U.S. business in just two years. It’s a rare chance for the best international operators to build fast with real ownership. We don’t dip our toes in; we commit completely.
