Synopsis
Created by Lauren LeFranc, The Penguin is a crime-drama spin-off television series of 2022's film The Batman. Set shortly after the events of The Batman, Oz Cobb, A.K.A. the Penguin, begins his rise in the underworld of Gotham City as he contends with the daughter of his late boss, Carmine Falcone, for control of the crime family's empire.

A welcome return to Gotham. If you thought episode 1 was good, you're not ready for some of the others, trust me. Farrell is exceptional, Cristin Milioti is a perfect new foil for him, and Batman's city hasn't been this interesting in years.

I'm always at the edge of my seat when watching The Penguin, Colin you are amazing your acting is flawless. This show is a great opening for the next Batman please do not change any actors.

Colin Farrell unrecognisable, whilst portraying an amazing and believable character, didn’t think it was going to be that good, but I was massively surprised, well worth the watch.

Out of respect to D.Devito, Colin Farrel did a majestically and authentic Penguin. The Quintessential and he displayed so much Radiance and Vibrancy in character form. Out 10 stars..17.

Phenomenal show with great Production values, acting, writing and direction is on point and it's connections to The Batman (2022) and the larger mythology is amazingly well-done. Lauren LaFrance has outdone herself as showrunner and created the best live action DC show ever. Truly Amazing.

Episode 1 was very very very good for me. i can't say enough good things about the penguin that was incredlble!!! l love seeing Gotham's underworld from his perspective, it really feels a powder keg about to explode. Very Strong Start to the series, but that ending had me so hyped.
The Batman Universe never misses. AS SOON AS SOFIA FALCONE WALKS ON SCREEN FOR THE FIRST TIME, YOU KNOW SHE IS A PROBLEM. I'M IN 100.

If you like batman's villians this is up there with Joker, first film with Joaquin.
The best parts of the series include a dynamic Sofia Falcone and a likeable kid Victor who is Penguins protege.

I've always 🫶 Batman, since a kid during the Adam West days. Had a major moral fight that solidified my identification with him, tho I'm ♀💯. ❤ Batman spinoffs, especially Gotham. This by far is the best and one of the best shows on TV of all time. Acting is 🕯, 🏆! Now I'll speculate - does Sofia become 🐈⬛♀?

Masterpiece, penguin will be your new favorite villain after watching this...twists and turns, penguin is always trying to fix things always two steps ahead..every episode was fantastic ..wait to episode 4 , that was probably one of the best episodes and they are all great.. Sophia surprises the family..Collin Farrell and Christin Milioti were amazing..
