The excitement surrounding the new trailer likely goes beyond nostalgia for Endgame itself. The upcoming release is being directly connected to Avengers: Doomsday, Marvel Studios’ next major Avengers event. Deadline reports that online discussion surrounding the trailer included excitement over possible Doomsday footage, memories of experiencing Endgame in theaters in 2019 and revisiting the storyline as a whole.
Avengers: Endgame: Encore will debut in theaters on September 25, 2026. The presentation will offer an exclusive look at Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled to be released on December 18, 2026.
