Sheogorath's Quest is a Daedric Quest in Oblivion Remastered. This quest tasks you with fulfilling a series of bizarre prophecies in the small Khajiit village of Border Watch to sate the Mad God's appetite for chaos and entertainment.
"I am Lord Sheogorath, Prince of Madness, and other things. I'm not talking about them. You're here because you summoned me. You've got a strange look in your eye. Like you've seen a giant talking sweet roll or something. How about you do something for your uncle Sheogorath, hmm?" - Sheogorath

Oblivion Remastered Sheogorath's Shrine Walkthrough
1. Finding Sheogorath's Shrine
Sheogorath's Shrine is located southwest of Leyawiin. Speak with any of the cultists at the shrine to learn what offerings are required to summon the Mad God. Place the required items (Lettuce, Yarn, and a Soul Gem) on the shrine to summon Sheogorath.
2. Sheogorath's Request
Sheogorath will appear and task you with fulfilling the prophecies of doom that the Khajiit village of Border Watch holds dear. He wants you to bring about the "K'Sharra Prophecy" - three signs that foretell the end of the world. Sheogorath believes the villagers take themselves too seriously and wants to teach them a lesson.
3. Border Watch
Travel to Border Watch, a small Khajiit village south of Bravil. Speak with Ri'Bassa, the village shaman, about their prophecies. He will tell you about the K'Sharra Prophecy and its three signs of doom:
- The plague of vermin
- The plague of famine
- The plague of fear
4. First Sign: Plague of Vermin
To trigger the first sign, you need to steal the sacred cheese from the inn's basement. The cheese is located in a locked display case in the Border Watch Inn's cellar. Once you have the cheese, place it in the cooking pot inside the inn. This will attract a swarm of rats, fulfilling the first prophecy.
5. Second Sign: Plague of Famine
For the second sign, you need to poison Border Watch's sheep. Speak with Ri'Bassa again to learn that their sheep are considered sacred. Find the sheep pen and use the potion Sheogorath gave you on their feed trough. This will cause the sheep to drop dead, fulfilling the second prophecy.
6. Final Sign: Plague of Fear
After the first two signs have been triggered, return to Ri'Bassa, who will be in a state of panic. He'll tell you that the final sign involves a spectral doom-hound that brings fire and death. Shortly after this conversation, Sheogorath will cause the sky to darken and will summon a magical rain of burning dogs, completing all three prophecies.
7. Return to Sheogorath
Return to Sheogorath's shrine to report your success. The Mad God will be delighted with your work and will reward you with the Wabbajack, a staff that transforms creatures and people into random other creatures.

Sheogorath's Shrine Tips & Notes for Oblivion Remastered
- The sacred cheese is protected by a locked display case (Very Easy lock) in the Border Watch Inn's basement.
- Be careful when using the Wabbajack, as its effects are completely random and could potentially transform an easy enemy into something much more dangerous.
- The quest can only be started between levels 2-20.
- You won't receive a bounty for stealing the cheese or poisoning the sheep, as these actions are part of the quest.
- The Wabbajack has 50 charges and can be recharged with soul gems like other enchanted staffs.
