The Gladiator
Talking to Agronak gor-Malog, the champion of the Imperial Arena, will bring up the subject of his own noble birth, and will send you on a mission to Crowhaven to find evidence of said nobility. Travel to Crowhaven, marked on your map, and start exploring the fort
Crowhaven Fort
Navigate Crowhaven, dealing with the enemies as they show up, until you find a door called the Old Wooden Door. This door has the lock that Agronak's key goes in. On the other side of this door, and after some light walking, you should find Lord Lovidicus, who will turn hostile as soon as he spots you. Your objective is the journal on the other side of the room. This means that you are looking to either a fight or some high-level sneaking.
Whichever way you use, the ultimate goal is to acquire the journal, so facing Lord Lovidicus is optional. However, if you sneak around and get the journal and then talk to Lord Lovidicus, you can finish the quest with a +1 Fame reward instead of the abilities boost.
The Gray Prince
Bring the journal back to Agronak, who will reward you with a special training that increases your Blade, Block, and Athletics abilities by +3 permanently, without causing you to level up. After he's done training you, he will read the journal and be terrified that his origins are of a vampiric nature. He'll be overcome with emotion, and it's the reason he ultimately does not fight back at the end of the Arena Quest.
