Merciful Touch is a Lesser Power in Oblivion Remastered. Merciful Touch lets you restore 50 points of Health within a second upon touch. This power consumes 25 Magicka points and is granted by wearing the Gauntlets of the Crsader. Powers grant status effects by pressing the input key, which allows their effect to persist for a specified period. Powers are acquired through your chosen Race or Birthsign, by activating Magical Stones, becoming a Vampire, or receiving them as a reward for completing quests.
- Powers are divided between Greater and Lesser, of which Greater Powers can only be used once per day without Magicka Cost, while Lesser Powers can be used as often, but may come with a Magicka Cost.
