At Exolaunch, recruiting is no laughing matter. We take the same approach to recruiting as we do to testing satellites and separation systems, checking that every candidate is able to pass the vibe test, withstand launch stresses while maintaining a stable resonance with our company culture 🤝🚀 Following the relevant NASA, ECSS, SMC and LOL standards, all candidates are required to undergo a formal Vibe Check at our state-of-the-art testing facilities. All candidates must pass a rigorous assessment performed on our shaker table, verifying that our talent pool is fully aligned with Exolaunch’s operational frequency and team dynamics 🔥 With a sequence of vibration tests powered by A.I. (Arbitrary Input), our highly trained Human Resources experts will monitor candidates' response to: ▪️ Random vibe - Evaluate a candidate's statistical approximation of competence across a wide frequency range, and check for "loose screws". ▪️ Quasi-Static - Check whether candidates can withstand the maximum predicted work environments, or whether they'll crack under the strain. ▪️ Resonance Sweep - Establish a candidate's fundamental frequency; candidates exhibiting poor responses are often rejected at this stage. ▪️ Coupled Loads Analysis - Based on the test results, we can establish whether your dynamics will interact well with our corporate system. Think you can pass the Vibe Check? Check our open positions, Exolaunch is hiring across multiple locations! https://lnkd.in/dUTbDeZn Disclaimer: No engineers were harmed 😉
