Warrior | Dark Souls

Warrior is a starting Class in Dark Souls. The Warrior is meant for players who prefer high damage and Slow paced classes. It starts with a Longsword and a Heater Shield (one of the better shields in the game) as its starting offensive and defensive equipment. The Starting Classes of Dark Souls will only give you a head start on certain stats. This is because you will be able to freely change your playstyle and build as you progress throughout the game.

• The Warrior starts with one of the better shields in the game, and high enough stats to use many decent weapons right away. It's a good class for people who want to jump right into the game with weapons and melee.
• This class is tied for the lowest combined casting stats among starting classes. This is ideal for a player that desires a full-on melee combat fighter due to it's stat distribution. On the flip side, it is a poor choice for those planning to utilize any form of magic.
