Twin Humanities is a Consumble in Dark Souls. Consumable Items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.

Twin Humanities Usage in Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered
- Increases Humanity by 2 when consumed.
- Restores a large amount of health when consumed. (more than 2600 HP)
- Can be Traded to Snuggly for a Rare Ring of Sacrifice.
- Can be sold to Kingseeker Frampt for 2,000 souls.

- Can be taken as a Gift upon character creation.
- Sold by: Patches the Hyena for 20,000 (1 only?).
- Atonement gift from Patches if you choose not to forgive him after the incident in the Tomb of Giants.
- Treasure: Lower Undead Burg, guarded by zombies with torches.
- Treasure: In a chest behind a fake wall, in tunnel between Blighttown and The Great Hollow.
