Risky Ring is one of the available Rings in Baldur's Gate 3. Risky Ring allows you to gain Advantage on Attack Rolls and receive Disadvantage on Saving Throws. In BG3, there are two types of Accessories, which are Rings or Amulets. Once equipped, these Accessories may give the character certain bonuses, such as new Spells, resistance against certain kinds of damage, bonus AC, an increase to an Ability Score, or more.
Life is just a series of risks taken while blindfolded.

AnonymousMust Have for Rogues, making their Sneaking Attacks always work, never use normal Attacks again.

Anonymousgreat for a barbarian great weapon fighting build to get double advantage on attacks

Anonymouscan you still get the ring in act 3? i know araj shows up in that act but im not sure if u can still trade with her as you would at moonrise

AnonymousIn throw build, if you have Rogue(level 1 or higher) and wearing any bow, Advantage makes regular throw become Sneak Attack automatically. Throw 1d4 bonus gloves and ring also affects here therefore throw while Advantage gets 3d6+1d4+1d4 bonus. I love this ring.

AnonymousPerfect for Rogues who want to Sneak Attack without needing to hide in the shadows

AnonymousAnyone knows how this interacts with gear that provide Advantage on Saving Throws? Such as the Silver Sword of the Astral Plane that gives a Gith Advantage in Int, Wis and Charisma Saving Throws?

AnonymousThe advantage given out by the ring mathematically tends to equate to a bonus of roughly +5 to hit. Works very well with Great Weapon Master or Sharpshooter to offset the attack roll penalty.
Also works well for characters with Evasion, that have saving throw advantage from certain items or racial traits or gigaCHAd paladins who only fail saves on natural 1s.
AnonymousAdventage Attack rolls = you gain more Accuracy (%success hit enemy).
but Disadvantage Saving rolls not mean you get melee hit easier , you not lose your AC.
only downside is you suffer status aliment and AOE magic that required saving roll.

Btw, it's a bit buggy - sneak attacks still don't work with it as they should do - you should be able to attack free without use stealth

So Gnomes as a racial trait get advantage on intelligence, wisdom and charisma savings throws so I’m guessing this ring would just cancel out the advantage without inflicting disadvantage?
Can anyone confirm?
