Splatoon Raiders has many ways to build your characters in the endgame. Your weapon, relic powers, gadgets, gadget parts, and more determine your play style. Though it may lack at the beginning, the Speed Tank allows for the strongest Splatoon Raiders endgame build for pushing the Bottomless Buffet. This guide will explain everything that makes this build so good.

Best Speed Tank Gadgets

The Speed Tank allows for an aerial play style that focuses on hitting Frozen enemies for massive damage. The build uses the following gadgets:

  • Blast Boot
  • Jump Bomb
  • Torqscrew

Maxing out the Speed Tank allows you to equip one Tactical Tank Gadget. This build gets a huge boost from that by equipping the Tactical Tank Gadget, Torqscrew.

There are three core Gadget Parts to get and upgrade first: Freeze, Ink Resupply, and Damage Surge. Most of the other parts are just bonuses.

Freeze is huge because it sets up the core Ice Breaker damage in this build. As soon as the enemy is frozen, use your weapon with the Ice Breaker power to deal massive damage to the frozen Salmonid.

Ink Resupply gives a lot of your ink back after use, so you won't need to spend much time submerged. Damage Surge makes your weapon deal even more damage after using the Blast Boot.

Explosion Area Up is the next best part because it increases the area of the explosion when you land with Blast Boot. This makes it easier to freeze several enemies in a single use.

Cooldown Reduced helps use Blast Boot more often. Faster Jump just makes you have to wait less time to land. The extra damage and explosions just add a bit more damage.

This is another important Freeze gadget with very little room to modify how you build it. Freeze, Double Trouble, Airborne Damage Up, Explosion Area Up, and Slow Fall are all required to make the build work.

Freeze works the same way as Blast Boot; you want to use it near enemies to freeze them. Explosion Area Up widens the area of the explosion to allow for more Salmonids to get frozen.

Freeze has diminishing returns, meaning it takes more Freeze chances each time a Salmonid is frozen before it can be frozen again.

Double Trouble gives two charges, which are essential for back-to-back freezes. When you jump in with Blast Boot, the enemy is Frozen. It takes two more Freeze chances before they become Frozen again. Luckily, both charges can be used right after to Freeze them again.

Airborne Damage Up gives a good damage bonus while you are in the air after using Jump Bomb. This requires the Slow Fall Gadget Part to take advantage of it. Slow Fall keeps you in the air for a bit to keep the damage bonus active.

The other Gadget Parts can be used with whatever remaining slots you have.

Torqscrew

Torqscrew greatly helps with gathering enemies, making them take more damage, and collecting Mega Power Eggs. The main parts needed are: Ferment, Mega Power Egg Collection, and Vortex Horizontal Area Up.

Ferment increases the damage Salmonids take, so it greatly helps in increasing overall damage.

Mega Power Egg Collection automatically collects any Mega Power Eggs within the vortex range. This saves a lot of time. It can mean the difference between winning and losing in the Splatoon Raiders Endgame.

The Vortex Horizontal Area Up and Vortex Vertical Area Up parts make the Vortex wider and higher, increasing how many enemies it can hit.

Suction Force Up increases the pull-in strength, which turns the Torqscrew into a huge vacuum. This is great for keeping enemies in one area.

Duration Up is incredibly helpful because it increases how long the gadget stays out. This means more Ferment, more pulling in enemies, and more Mega Power Egg collection.

Vortex Damage Up is important because this is the main source of gadget damage.

Speed Tank Relic Powers

When your Tank is fully upgraded, you can use 5 total relic powers in Splatoon Raiders.

  • All Set (Speed Relic)
  • Tactical Pro (General Relic)
  • Gadget Recovery (Speed) (Speed Relic)
  • Mega Power Egg Collector (General Relic
  • Long Range (Tactical Relic) or Concentrated Attack (Speed Relic)

All Set increases damage done by 20% when at full health. This can be risky, but staying airborne should make it easier to avoid certain attacks to keep this bonus.

Tactical Pro allows you to activate Tank Vortex even when not using the Tactical Tank. Tank Vortex deals damage around you and has a chance of Fermenting Salmonids.

Gadget Recovery (Speed) advances gadget cooldowns while moving. The faster the movement, the more it advances cooldowns, up to a max of 12%.

Mega Power Egg Collector recovers HP and ink a lot when you pick up Mega Power Eggs. It also makes them easier to pick up. This works well with the Torqscrew's ability to collect them.

Long Range increases damage dealt to far-off Salmonids by 24%. Concentrated Attack increases damage dealt by 16% to Salmonids hit by 3 or more consecutive attacks. The choice between Long Range and Concentrated Attack depends on your weapon.

Concentrated Attack is reset when gadgets with continuous damage, like Torqscrew and Splatellites, hit the target. This means it is only good for weapons like Brellas that do more than 3 hits at once.

Weapon and Bot Buddy

There are a few options, but the best weapon for this build is the 5-star Primo High-Octane 4K. This is a charger weapon with max charge speed, so shots are quicker and deal massive damage. Icebreaker on this weapon allows you to hit for millions of damage per shot against Frozen enemies when maxed out.

Other options include the Primo Thermal Brella and Primo Toy-Shark Blaster. The Brella has less damage per shot, but allows you to run Concentrated Attack. Every hit with the Brella will activate Icebreaker and Concentrated Attack.

The Toy-Shark Blaster is long-range and has maxed rate of fire. It is weaker than the other two options, but still hits hard per shot. It can also benefit from Long Range, and it shoots fast enough to make up for the lower damage.

Weapon Powers

The values shown for each power are at max level (3 Stars).

  • Ice Breaker - Frozen Salmonids take 5x damage when attacked by weapons. Attacking Frozen Salmonids ends their frozen status.
  • Explosive Ferment - A large explosion occurs if a Fermented Salmonid is defeated with a weapon.
  • Long Range - Damage dealt to far-off Salmonids is increased by 24%. This can stack with the Long Range Relic Power for up to 48%.

Ice Breaker is the most important Weapon Power in this build. The build revolves around dealing massive damage to Frozen enemies with Ice Breaker, so that is the first power to put on your weapon.

Explosive Ferment helps a lot with area-of-effect (AOE) damage. As long as you have Tank Vortex active, or Torqscrew hits them, you can create explosions that hit multiple enemies when you defeat a Salmonid with your weapon.

Just like with the Relic Powers, you can opt for Concentrated Attack instead of Long Range if you are using a Brella.

Bot Buddy

Frye is the best Showstopper to use for this build. It is the only Showstopper that lets you move freely while active, and it Ferments Salmonids hit by the attacks.
