Building your character in Splatoon Raiders has a lot of components. You have the weapon and its powers, relic powers, Tank, gadgets, gadget parts, and Bot Buddy. The Power Tank allows for a hard-hitting Splatoon Raiders endgame build that gets in close with gadgets like the Splatchet and Blast Boot. This guide will go over everything that makes the build work.
Best Power Tank Gadgets

The Power Tank has some great gadget combinations that let you do a lot of burst damage as long as you get in close to the enemy. This build uses the following gadgets:
- Splatchet
- Splatellites
- Blast Boot
Maxing out the Power Tank allows you to equip one Speed Tank Gadget. This build does just that by using the Blast Boot instead of a third Power Tank Gadget.

The Splatchet is a short-range gadget that charges and slashes Salmonids in an area. When upgraded, it can deal a lot of damage. It is the main source of gadget damage in this build.
The most important upgrades are Freeze, the Charge in Gadget Parts, and Extended Dash. Freeze stops Salmonids from moving and sets up big damage for the weapon used in this build. The 5-star version is required since it makes the freeze a 100% chance.
When you use the 5-star versions of More Charge In, Explosive Steps, and Charge-In Damage Up, each charge does very high damage. Decreasing the charge-in distance to 45% allows you to easily hit the same enemy multiple times.
Slash Area Up and Double Slash ensure you can hit enemies after charging in. This lets you easily apply freeze. Vertical Slash makes it easier to hit enemies above you.
Upgrading the 4-star version of Vertical Slash makes it cost 0 slots.
The final upgrade, Reduce Damage Taken, helps you survive all the charging and slashing while using the Splatchet. Ideally, you want it to be as high as possible. The other upgrades are more important, so just use the one that fits your remaining slots.
Upgrading every Splatchet Gadget Part is important since it also increases the overall damage.

Splatellites is a Power Gadget that makes orbs surround you, which damage enemies and ink the ground. Just like in the Tactical Tank Endgame Build, this is an important gadget.
Mega Power Egg Collection is the most important Gadget Part for Splatellites. This lets you pick up Mega Power Eggs whenever the Splatellites touch them. Timed game modes, like Bottomless Buffet, are much smoother when you can easily pick up the Mega Power Eggs.
You can still collect Mega Power Eggs while in Swim form for added safety and speed.
Duration Up is also very important because you want to have it on at all times. A 5-star Duration Up should let you activate Splatellites again once it runs out.
The More Splatellites Gadget Part puts extra Splatellites in the middle for more damage and ground coverage.
Orbital Range Up and Splatellites Area Up make the Splatellites cover a larger area, which also makes collecting Power Eggs more manageable.
Scorch, Splatellites Damage Up, and Add Vertical Damage provide additional damage to the gadget. These are just bonuses you can add once the other Gadget Parts are equipped.

Blast Boot is a Speed Gadget that jumps to a spot and explodes for damage. This is your main source of Freeze in this build.
Remember, when you fully upgrade the Power Tank, you are allowed to equip one Speed Gadget.
Freeze is the most important Gadget Part. The 5-star version makes it a 100% chance. This will set up the rest of the build.
Next-Gadget Damage and Damage Surge are the next most important. These let you do a lot more damage with your weapon and other gadgets. This sets up a priority when your gadgets are available:
- Use Splatellites.
- Use Blast Boot to freeze enemies.
- Use your weapon on the frozen enemies.
- Finish with Splatchet.
Always use Splatchet in the rotation after Blast Boot since the bonus only applies to the next gadget, and it will be wasted on Splatellites.
Explosion Area Up is good for getting more enemies in the explosion radius.
Faster Jump lets you get the jump out faster, but it also slightly lowers the distance.
The other explosion Gadget Parts are just added damage bonuses you can use once the vital ones are equipped and upgraded.
Power Tank Relic Powers
When your Tank is fully upgraded, you can use 5 total relic powers.
- Tactical Pro (General Relic)
- Speed Pro (General Relic)
- Power Pro (General Relic)
- Mega Power Egg Collector (General Relic)
- Close Combat (Power Relic)
Power Pro upgrades the Power Tank's Tank Surge ability. The base Tank Surge increases all damage done by 20% when exiting swim form after being submerged in ink for a period of time.
Tactical Pro and Speed Pro allow you to activate Tank Vortex and Tank Torrent when you have the Power Tank equipped. Both of these powers activate the same way as Tank Surge.
Tank Torrent increases swim and run speed. It also blows away Salmonids as it inks the ground. Tank Vortex deals damage around you and has a chance of Fermenting Salmonids.
Mega Power Collector can keep you alive. It recovers a lot of HP and Ink when you collect Mega Power Eggs.
Close Combat increases damage to nearby Salmonids. Since this build involves charging in and getting close, this will usually be activated.
Weapon and Bot Buddy

The best weapon to use in this Power Tank build is a 5-star High-Octance 4K charger. This is a charged-up, one-shot weapon that deals massive damage. Even though it only hits once before needing to charge again, the damage multiplier you get will be worth it. The High-Octane variant charges faster, but any 4K will do.
If you don't have a 4k, other weapons that hit high per shot work as well, like the Large Brellas or Blasters.
Weapon Powers
- Ice Breaker (3-Star) - Frozen Salmonids take 5x damage when attacked by weapons. Attacking Frozen Salmonids ends their frozen status.
- Ink Pro - Reduces ink consumed by the weapon. While using the weapon, the area of your feet is inked.
- Lifesaver - HP recovers faster. Recover from danger faster.
The most important part of the build is getting Ice Breaker on the weapon. This causes an upgraded 4k to hit for millions of damage in a single hit with a maxed-out Ice Breaker Weapon Power and the other damage increases in the build.
In Splatoon Raiders' endgame, you can use the Weapon Swapping facility to add Ice Breaker to any weapon.
Ink Pro helps with ink efficiency. Lifesaver literally saves your life in tough situations. Since you are getting close to enemies in this build, you are more likely to get in danger. Either of these two can also be swapped for Close Combat for even more damage.
Bot Buddy
Big Man is the best Showstopper to use. Big Man's ability makes you invincible for its duration, unless you fall in the water. At max Bond level, his Showstopper attacks will also Scorch enemies. This is also useful for moving quickly to other areas.
