Validate the code, and the door will open. Inside, you will find a Dolorocide Pill in a locker, as well as a modification for the Grenade Launcher. This modification will increase the damage output if the grenade is shot at multiple targets. You will also find a crucial piece of evidence that is required to open the safe inside the locker room on the same floor.
Lastly, there is also a Dream Essence to collect, but it's very well hidden. To grab it, you need to crush the green crystallized human on the ground with a foot attack. The first piece of evidence is inside the Pub room on the second floor. There is a board on the wall with 16 plates. If you interact with it, you will collect the evidence file.
The next file is located just next to the staircase that leads to Ma Fishface's room. It's on a narrow table against the wall. With these two files, you can decrypt the code. At the end of the second file, you have four phrases that directly refer to four of the phrases in the first piece of evidence. So, you just need to match them with the first file's list, and then insert the number for each phrase to open the lock.
The third piece of evidence will reveal another method to solve the puzzle, telling you that you should focus on squares of numbers. We know that from 1 to 16 there are four complete squares, which are 1, 4, 9, and 16.
