Terms & Conditions

  • A fee is owed for each referral if that candidate is hired within 6 months of the date of the referral.
  • A fee will only be paid for the first work assignment within the 6 month period.
  • If MMI has been in contact with the referred candidate in the last 90 days, no fee will be paid.
  • To be eligible for a client or job lead referral, a MMI representative must first confirm, in writing, that MMI does not have an existing business relationship with that referral. A fee will be paid for the first placement at that referral, if the placement starts within 6 months from the date of the referral.
  • A fee will only be paid on referred candidates who are eligible for work authorization in the United States.
  • The referrer agrees not to share the fee with anyone else, including third parties, as this may violate gift giving policies.
  • This referral program is subject to change at any time, in MMI’s sole discretion.
