Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract negotiations and drafting with external clients
  • Author and negotiate commercial and legal contract language
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations on deal structuring
  • Evaluate pricing, scope, and amendment impacts using Excel
  • Manage contract execution timelines and approval workflows

Required Skills

  • Strong written negotiation and contract drafting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel for commercial and financial analysis
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in contract negotiation or commercial roles
  • Experience negotiating CRO, pharma, or life sciences agreements
