Mario Sundar shared thisEvery single day, Anthropic ships something that blows my mind. - Just a few minutes ago, it was remote control Claude your computer while you're on the go. - This weekend it was Projects in Claude Cowork — and I haven't stopped thinking about what it means for how content gets made. Here's what I set up in a single afternoon: a complete content management system, living inside my iA Writer folder, accessible directly from Cowork. No uploads. No copy-pasting. Claude reads my files, writes to them, and hands me finished drafts. The workflow is almost embarrassingly simple now: I whisper an idea into Wispr Flow — walking the dog, driving, whenever — and it lands in the right place, I tell Claude what to do. Cowork organizes it within the folder system we architected together over the past week. I review, curate, give Claude the reins to finish the draft. I come back to a completed post/s, open it in iA Writer, edit, and publish. That's it. (A question for Thariq or Boris — does /schedule + Dispatch let me trigger this from my phone while I'm out? Because if yes, this just got even more interesting.) I've been in tech long enough to watch multiple platform shifts. I was employee number three in marketing at LinkedIn. - I’ve worked with Reid Hoffman on picking the right content management system for LinkedIn, handled early morning calls from Jeff Weiner on the tiny details of content that goes out, worked with Adam Nash who understood the value of content for each product they built. - I've watched mobile rewire everything, watched social rewire everything after that. I have never been more in awe of what a single tool can do — not even during the early iPhone years. Sorry, Apple. Anthropic wins this one. What Dario, Daniela and team are building is a daily jaw-dropper. What I'm building has a name: more on that later. One person, running with the output of a full content team, using AI tools they can whisper to. If you're hiring for a role in Content or Marketing who gets this at a practitioner level — not as a concept, but as a working system — [cc: Reem, Jake, Molly, Sasha], I'd love to talk. The system is already built. I just need a company worth pointing it at. As always: *Curated by Mario. Written by Claude. Whispered on Wispr Flow.*

Mario Sundar shared thisIn my early days at LinkedIn, Kay, who hired me as the second PR hire, sat me down with one of the first blog posts I'd written and walked me through it line by line. What worked. What didn't. What "the LinkedIn voice" actually sounded like versus what I thought it sounded like. That session took hours. What came after took weeks — hundreds of posts, working through drafts with Jeff Weiner, with Reid Hoffman or Adam Nash & most of LinkedIn's teams, slowly internalizing a standard until I didn't have to think about it anymore nor the rest of the startup. Yesterday I did the same thing with Claude. I whispered an outline with specificity through Wispr Flow & drafted in Markdown with iA Writer. It came back with something technically correct and completely wrong — staccato rhythm, one assertion after another, the AI tell in every line. So I edited it, handed the edit back, and asked Claude to tell me what it noticed. What were the differences? What did my edits reveal about how I write? What it gave me back ("stopped me cold," ed. I have to ask Claude to stop repeating this line). See screenshots below. It had identified specific patterns, where I merge sentences instead of fragment them, where I take ownership of an observation instead of attributing it back to the source, how the CTA always points inward, never outward. It had internalized not just the corrections but the logic behind them. What took Kay and me hours to work through, and weeks for me to internalize — Claude absorbed in minutes, from a single example. I'm not sharing this to be breathless about AI. I'm sharing it because this is what Agentic Content Operations actually looks like in practice: not a prompt, not a shortcut, but a system that learns how you think and gets sharper every time you correct it. The soul of Claude is the one you give it, and it turns out, Markdown is a surprisingly good medium for that. More on Monday, where I'll walk through exactly how the system works and what Andrew Chen's framework for AI derivatives tells us about where content operations & Marketing is headed. Anthropic leads the way. [Edited by Mario. Written by Claude. Whispered on Wispr Flow.]

Mario Sundar shared thisJerry Murdock co-founded Insight Partners. Managed $90 billion and never does podcasts. He just did one with Harry Stebbings — and the argument he made is one I've been watching play out in the SaaS industry. Traditionally, the SaaS model is to build everything for a customer that is about to go extinct. The human buyer, the dashboard-clicker, the person who sits through demos and responds to sales emails. That person is being replaced by agents that don't browse your product page, but just execute. Now translate that to content marketing, because marketing runs entirely on words — and words are exactly where agents are moving fastest. Your editorial calendar was built for a human to manage. Your CMS was built for a human to navigate. Your approval workflow was built for a human to approve. The marketing teams that survive the next 18 months will be the ones who tear out the human-bottleneck layer and replace it with something that runs at agent speed. I've been building that system for the past two weeks. It has a name: Agentic Content Operations (ACO). I'll share more this Thursday. Until then, the post I wrote this week on how agents are taking over Legal, Finance, and Marketing. *Edited by Mario. Written by Claude. Whispered on Wispr Flow.*The future is agentic. Mario Sundar shared thisA lawyer replaced his entire practice with Claude. Not Harvey. Not CoCounsel. Not Spellbook. Just Claude — trained on how he thinks. - An engineer replaced 25 founding hires with 25 Claude Code sessions. - A solo founder built a personal finance app better than anything commercial. In a week. The pattern: one person + deep domain expertise + AI as execution layer. Law figured it out. Finance is figuring it out. Marketing is next. It runs entirely on words, which means it's the most exposed, and the most ready. I'm writing about what that looks like every week here on An LLM Called Mario. Full essay 👇 Happy Claude Monday! The future is agentic. It already happened to Law. Finance is next. Marketing is right behind it.The future is agentic. It already happened to Law. Finance is next. Mario Sundar shared thisI spent yesterday building something in hours that should have taken two days. On Claude Cowork. This week's pace of updates has been breathtaking, and we're just getting started. Here's the simple stack that made it possible — and why the person on your team who figures this out will outproduce everyone else within 6 months. Full breakdown in this week's An LLM Called Mario 👇 If you're a CMO or founder/operator who hasn't tried this stack yet, that's a strategic gap. p.s. Also, I've been impressed on my return to Tech Twitter, the pace of AI learning there has been insanely useful. Find me there, @mariosundar.I built my entire CRM on Claude Cowork in 6 hours. Mario Sundar shared thisIt is truly the age of abundance in AI, but one of the apps, vibe coding apps that has left the deepest impression on me is Wabi. I wrote about them in my top three AI tech that I really fell in love with in the last quarter of last year. And they just launched a public beta a few weeks ago. And they are looking for an iOS design engineer. Anyone who is in my network, I know would be a great fit. But more importantly, this is the kind of startup that you want to know before the rest of the world does. So if you're interested, feel free to DM me or Eugenia Kuyda on Twitter directly. https://lnkd.in/gdGvbmYV

Mario Sundar shared thisEvery time I jump back on LinkedIn after spending some time on Twitter/X, it feels like time slowed down. Given the AI kool-aid that’s running through my veins, I figured I’ll bring a quick recap each day, of the movers & shakers in the space when the moment demands. Today does… Here’s the top 3 in marketing and AI news: 1. If there’s one big theme today, it is that the era of personal software is here. Exactly a year ago, Andrej Karpathy coined the term “vibe coding,” and 2026 might well prove to be the year of personalization. Today, my favorite app ever — Wabi — launched out of private beta and after being immersed in it this past quarter, here’s a screenshot of the only four apps that matter to me. I use Wabi to track my tasks, habits, finances, and rolodex, and more. Each of these have replaced apps I have paid for and used for years. Why? Personalization makes these four apps irreplaceable to me. And this happened in just two months. Imagine the road ahead. If you’re not on Wabi, find it on your App Store. — Or find me there: https://wabi.ai/@mario — Kudos to Eugenia, Blas, and the team there! 2. Speaking of personalization, not dating apps are due a refresh, and AI will be the canary in the coal mine. I find Known’s approach to non-swipe dating using AI to find you a date vs. spending time swiping frogs will be the future. I bet this wave of AI based match-making will extend to jobs someday soon. But more on that later. Kudos to Celeste and team on the launch! 3. You’ve probably seen this, the merger of SpaceX and xAI. I follow Steve Jurvetson for the latest on this topic. Whether it’s scrapping the Tesla X and Y models to double down on Optimus or this move, the bets are getting bolder. What a time to be alive. That’s it for today! More to come. https://x.com/mariosundar I returned to Twitter, now X, after a sabbatical having first joined in 2007, and if you’re in tech it is *the* place to be. Kudos to Nikita Bier on all the recent product changes.

Mario Sundar shared thisLast week, the AI paradigm shattered. We moved from "Prompting" to "Agency" and "Autonomy." For real, this time. If you weren't glued to X/Twitter, you might have missed the chaos in the War Room. But make no mistake: The "Homebrew" moment for autonomous AI is here. I spent the last 48 hours in the engine room of X watching the new wave of agents. In this week's newsletter, I break down: - Why the era of "Apps" is ending. - What does the era of autonomous agents mean for work. - Why your next coworker might be a lobster who lives on a Mac Mini. The AI agents are waking up. Mario Sundar shared thisI stumbled across a copy of Tom Wolfe’s The Bonfire of the Vanities on a neighbor's wall today—left out for anyone to take, free of charge. It was a small gesture, but it reminded me that the foundational reality of life is always kindness. Looking back at my career, the only metric that has truly mattered is the help I’ve received from others in this community, and the help I’ve tried to pay forward. - In that spirit of sharing, I’m kicking off a new daily rhythm on my newsletter “An LLM called Mario,” here tomorrow. I’ve been tracking the pulse of AI and marketing live on X (Twitter), and I plan to distill those raw signals into actionable insights right here, every morning. - As I look for my next act in marketing or comms, I’m also bringing the network offline: the "Speakeasy" is back; more often, maybe twice a month for folks in our industry, San Francisco and a tad north. If we are connected here, you are on the list—DM me for details, and let’s keep the kindness moving.

I joined Andreessen Horowitz four years ago and I could not be more fired up about what we've built together so far. From 0>1 helping launch speedrun and growing our Applied Software Group (ASG), every challenge has pushed us to think bigger, move faster, and show up harder. I wouldn't trade a single moment of it. And NOW? A brand new chapter: I (and Pilot!) have made the move to San Francisco! 🌉🙌 I am excited! The nature in and around the bay area is absolutely unreal; there's so much to explore! And, don't even get me started on the food scene. SF, I'm coming for you! 🌿🍜 Most of all, I'm energized about what's ahead for a16z and the incredible teams and founders we get to support every single day. The best is truly yet to come. So forward we go; bigger, bolder, and faster than ever. If you're in SF, let's connect! 🤝

We're hiring a senior growth marketing leader to join a16z speedrun in San Francisco, partnering closely with Rose Johnson, Andrew Chen, and an exceptional team that includes leaders from Slack, Instagram, Uber, and more. If you've built and scaled marketing that founders genuinely engage with, and you're excited to shape how one of the world's leading startup accelerator reaches founders globally; I would love to connect. If someone comes to mind, send them our way. Mario Sundar reacted on thisMario Sundar reacted on thisRodeo is not a dating app - but 5000+ people are about to use it for dating. As Rodeo's social graph has come together, we had an idea to make a private bulletin board for 1000 single people in NYC -- let them share events and things they want to do, for others to see and join in. The post is still going viral on TikTok and IG (links in comments) with over 400k views, 5000 comments and endless DMs. Dating apps skew male, but over 80% of hands raised so far have been women. The way that people want to date has changed, and we're here for it. People want to find dates within fun, safe communities. People want more serendipity. Everyone wants to get off their gd phones and meet real people "in the wild." The traditional swipe->match->chat->date funnel takes a lot of time - and sometimes at the cost of time with friends. Our social experiment for a more community-oriented approach to connecting with other singles is lower key - you might bring a friend, and leave with a new friend on the way to finding a date. If you want to grab an invite to a Rodeo 'hot list' in your city, leave a comment or DM me. I'll send you a very high tech google form to sign up.

Mario Sundar reacted on thisMario Sundar reacted on thisHire humans. That's the message behind our first print campaign. This weekend, we went live across the The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Economist. Perhaps it's strange coming from an AI company. But every era, the biggest breakthroughs were led by people, not machines: relativity, internet, the moon landing. The tools we have access to may change, but innovation doesn’t happen without a human behind them. Our mission at Juicebox is to hire more humans. We build AI to find people, not replace them. juicebox.ai/hire-humans
