Luis Cuneo shared this🚧 Built Different: Where Construction Leaders Connect to Win Work 🚧 If you’re a GM, second-tier contractor, or construction supplier in the Capital Region, this is the room you want to be in. Savoca Enterprises, in partnership with the NYS BGA Program, is hosting a private, in-person networking experience designed to move beyond small talk—and into real business opportunities. This isn’t a crowded mixer. It’s a curated room of decision-makers and growth-focused firms. Here’s what you gain: ▪ Direct access to leaders and buyers in the construction ecosystem ▪ New partnership and subcontracting opportunities ▪ Insight into upcoming projects and procurement pathways ▪ Stronger positioning for MWBE and public-sector work Every attendee is intentional. Every conversation has potential. 📍 Limited seats | If your goal is to build relationships that lead to real contracts, don’t sit this one out. 👉 Comment “I will attend" #CapitalRegionConstruction #AlbanyNY #NYConstruction #ConstructionLeadership #GeneralContractors #Subcontractors #ConstructionSuppliers #MWBE #SupplierDiversity #AGCNY #CapitalRegionChamber #NYSDOT

Luis Cuneo shared thisMost construction opportunities start with relationships — not RFPs. For many small and mid-size construction companies, the next project often comes from who you know, not just what you bid on. That’s why Savoca Enterprises created the BGA 3.0 SMB Executive Leadership Series, bringing together construction professionals who want to grow their companies, build strategic relationships, and share industry insights. On March 25, 2026 we are hosting a Professional Construction Networking Event in Utica, NY. This event is designed for professionals who are actively building and expanding their businesses, including: ✔ General Contractors ✔ Construction Managers ✔ Trade Contractors ✔ Small & Mid-Size Construction Firms ✔ Suppliers and companies that support the construction industry We also encourage banks, insurance firms, legal advisors, engineers, and service providers that work with construction companies to attend and connect with industry leaders. 📅 March 25, 2026 ⏰ 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM 📍 Utica, NY Seats are limited. Register here: https://lnkd.in/e-Wb-zFM If you know a construction professional who should be in the room, feel free to tag them below or share this post. Let’s continue building a stronger construction business community in New York. #ConstructionIndustry #ConstructionBusiness #GeneralContractor #ConstructionLeadership #ConstructionNetworking #ContractorLife #ConstructionManagement #SmallBusinessGrowth #BuildLocal #NewYorkConstruction #MohawkValleyBusiness #SavocaEnterprises #MWBE #MBE #UTICA #beaconbank

Luis Cuneo shared thisRaise your chamber events beyond the occasional gathering—make engagement continuous and meaningful. Too often, chambers rely on one-off events where audience interaction spikes momentarily, then fades. This cycle limits sponsor value and misses the chance to build lasting community connections. Imagine a platform that keeps your audience engaged before, during, and long after your events. A system that delivers real-time analytics showing exactly how sponsors and exhibitors benefit from every interaction. This is what Mojavie's KUE platform offers. For example, one chamber integrated continuous in-app brand campaigns, turning sporadic event attendance into year-round engagement. Sponsors saw measurable ROI, leading to increased renewals and new revenue streams. Attendee feedback highlighted deeper connections and a stronger sense of community. What does this mean for you? Moving from isolated events to ongoing engagement creates new opportunities: • Open recurring revenue beyond traditional sponsorships • Provide sponsors with clear, actionable data • Build a thriving community that supports chamber growth Chambers ready to change their approach will find continuous engagement is the key to driving growth and sponsor satisfaction. How are you planning to keep your audience connected long after the next event ends?

Luis Cuneo shared this Tomorrow I'm presenting a hard truth to Chambers of Commerce: 2026 isn't just another year—it's an inflection point. The gap is widening: Sponsors demand measurable ROI and year-round engagement 1. Events are evolving into always-on communities 2. Digital ad spend is growing 9.5% YoY Yet most Chambers still operate on seasonal, event-dependent revenue models. The research from IAB and Eventex is clear: brands want first-party data, repeat engagement, and performance metrics. They're willing to pay for it—just not in traditional sponsorship packages. Here's the question I'm posing: "How will your Chamber generate digital recurring revenue without becoming a media platform?" Because here's what I've learned working with chambers across the country: You already have the most valuable assets—trusted audiences, business communities, and regular programming. What's missing is the infrastructure to monetize these assets digitally. Tomorrow's presentation breaks down: ✓ The market forces reshaping chamber revenue ✓ Why community-building and connection are the new competitive advantages ✓ How the KUE platform turns networking into recurring media revenue If you're a Chamber leader thinking about 2026 strategy, I'd love to connect afterward and compare notes. 📅 Want to join the presentation? Luis Cuneo liked thisLuis Cuneo liked thisWatching one of my WBE mentees, Loryn Carter, MBA, take the stage as a finalist at the WBENC National Conference was one of the proudest moments I have had this year. I have had the privilege of mentoring Loryn through the WBENC Collegiate Accelerator, watching her build CountedCare from an idea into a tool that actually solves a problem millions of families face. Family caregivers are leaving thousands of dollars in tax savings on the table every year, simply because no one has built them a way to track it. She saw that gap, and she is closing it.💡 Mentorship works both ways. I show up to pour into founders like Loryn, and I walk away just as energized by their vision, their hustle, and their willingness to build something the world needs. Congratulations to all thirteen finalists, and to Loryn for representing everything this program is meant to produce. Grateful to WBENC and to Avery T. and Dante Hendrix for building such a strong program. This is exactly why I keep showing up for programs like this one. The next generation of women business owners is already here, and they are ready. #WBENC #WomenInBusiness #Mentorship #Entrepreneurship #WBE
