This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning HR operations end-to-end and partnering closely with senior leadership. About the Role: Reporting to the CFO (and indirectly to the India GM), you will manage HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and recruitment. Experience working with US-based companies is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, appraisals). HR operations, documentation, and systems management (ADP experience preferred). Payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, NPS). Employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and cultural activities. Benefits, insurance, and vendor coordination. Supporting leadership with compliance updates, reporting, and HR analytics. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR operations / generalist roles. Strong knowledge of payroll, labor laws, and HR compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. What We Offer: Competitive remuneration package, including share options.
