Kevin Connell liked thisKevin Connell liked thisTwenty years ago today, I walked through the doors of Advance Local for my first day. After spending several years traveling post-college and beginning my career in broadcast television before transitioning to digital media, I never imagined I would spend two decades with one company! But Advance has never felt like the same company for 20 years. Our culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous evolution has kept me inspired, challenged, and endlessly curious. Over the years, I've held a variety of roles across multiple brands, but the most rewarding part of my journey has been the relationships. I'm fortunate to work with healthcare organizations I've partnered with for 5, 10, and even 20 years. Seeing strong engagement metrics is gratifying, but hearing how our campaigns help providers connect with patients and grow their practices is what truly matters. At its core, my work has always been about making connections, and I'm grateful to continue doing that alongside talented colleagues, valued clients, and a company that continues to evolve with the industry. Here's to the journey so far and to what's next!

But for the record, I retired in'23, tho I subbed last fall for the DC PD Issues seminar. Co-taught the course with Nayyera Huq, who's a super communicator/teacher/person, and I wish her all the best as she takes on the seminar this fall.
