It is difficult to put into words the impact Don has had on our company, our clients and the many people he has mentored throughout his career. Over the past two decades, Don has helped guide Charter Solutions through extraordinary technology transformation, from traditional application development and infrastructure modernization to cloud computing, advanced analytics, digital transformation and now the rapid emergence of AI driven business strategies. While technology continued to change at lightning speed, one thing remained constant: Don's steady leadership, practical wisdom and commitment to building strong relationships with both clients and employees. He has been instrumental in helping shape Charter Solutions into the company we are today. While we have mixed feelings about his retirement, this has long been part of Don's plan, and more than anything, we are grateful. Grateful for his leadership, his friendship, his loyalty and the example he set for so many people over the years.
