My journey started as an IC via the Wisely acquisition, and after over two years of leading a talented team of Customer Success Managers, I’m honored to take this next step. I’ve learned so much along the way from my teammates, our customers, and the many leaders who have supported me. Thank you to the people who have challenged me, supported me, and pushed me to grow into this role. I’m especially grateful for the trust and opportunities that have helped me get here! I joined as one of two on the Enterprise team the week before the pandemic was declared in 2020. Safe to say, I had to get up to speed quickly. This was my first role in true SaaS, but I was fortunate to have incredible mentors and teammates around me as Olo’s business and the industry accelerated overnight. That time shaped how I think about partnership. It was beyond selling software; it was leading with trust, transparency, and delivering when it mattered most. Delivering was predicated on tenacious collaboration internally and externally. In hindsight, Olo’s ability to deliver with resilience during such a critical moment for restaurants was something special to be a part of and something I will always cherish. In March 2021, Olo went public on the NYSE. It was a milestone that reflected momentum and many years of hard work, and it marked the start of a new chapter as we continued expanding to meet the needs of restaurants in an ever-evolving landscape. When I started, we had a focused set of 3 core products. Over the next few years, that quickly grew into a much broader platform, a digital flywheel, comprised of 14+ solutions. That introduced two entirely new worlds, Payments and Marketing Tech (via acquisition of Wisely), which deepened my understanding of pain, complexity, and potential value within each. Then, in September 2025, Thoma Bravo took Olo private, yet another pivotal moment. It has allowed us to get back to our roots, to be more intentional, focus deeply on our customers, and invest in the future of the industry without the pressures of the public markets. That focus has already taken shape with the launch of Olo Loyalty in late 2025 and the announcement of the Olo App this month. Yet another new, exciting chapter that builds upon principles that have always been at the core of Olo's mission to help brands own their experiences + data and better engage with their guests to unlock hospitality at scale. It’s been a privilege to grow personally and professionally alongside a company that’s constantly evolving to meet the needs of such a dynamic, resilient industry. Thank you to the endless list of those I've gotten to work with who make this journey rewarding. Excelsior! 💙

By the end of the program, students can see the corporate world as part of “their world” and know that job titles, such as CEO, VP of Marketing, Business Development Manager, etc. are now in their grasp. Since inception, SuitUp has served over 8,500 students and engaged 4,500+ corporate volunteers from companies such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Coach, Louis Vuitton, ViacomCBS, NBC, Loews Hotels, WeWork, and more.
