I love this quote “Storage is not one-size-fits-all. Our goal is to align storage architecture with workload behavior, so GPUs remain productive and customers experience consistent performance.” Anindya Das Co-founder and CTO, Neysa Networks WEKA is the first modern parallel architecture built for AI. With over 170 patents to our name there is nothing Legacy about this approach The Neysa AI Acceleration Cloud is running thousands of GPUs and processing over 100 million tokens a day. As their workloads scaled, they needed storage that could keep up with real world AI demands without adding operational headaches. After thorough production testing, they chose WEKA's NeuralMesh as their high performance data layer. Learn more about their journey here: http://spr.ly/6045hqY0c

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗽𝘂 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 Every once in a while, you come across a leader whose perspective reframes how you think about tech and leadership. I recently had the chance to speak with Sandeep Kaipu, on our Conversive Talk. Sandeep leads platform services for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) at Broadcom, shaping the private cloud and AI infrastructure that power some of the world’s largest enterprises. What stood out to me about Sandeep wasn’t just his deep technical knowledge, but 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. He says it best: “𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦.” His upcoming book, 𝘈𝘐 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 (2025), explores that intersection beautifully: balancing logic and empathy, systems and storytelling, technology and trust. 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲: • Infrastructure is no longer plumbing, it’s the foundation of insight and creativity. • Leadership is service, helping others see their own potential more clearly. • Curiosity is the only sustainable strategy. If you’re passionate about AI, engineering, or leading teams through transformation, this conversation is a must-read. https://lnkd.in/guNgwqNQ #ConversiveTalks #Leadership #AI #Engineering #TeamCulture #AIEngineering

🔴 Had a fantastic conversation at re:Invent with Rohan Karmarkar, Managing Director of Partner Solutions Architecture at Amazon Web Services (AWS) . Rohan and his team of solution architects sit at the technical center connecting customers, AWS partners, AWS field teams, and AWS product engineering. 🎯 What an amazing role - and Rohan brings the insights! Rohan’s team works directly with ISVs, SIs, and GSIs to help them design, build, and scale solutions on AWS. And this year, one theme comes through loud and clear - AI is completely reshaping modernization. Partners are no longer choosing between modernization and migration. As Rohan shared, AI is speeding up testing, code refactoring, and transformation, making modernization more predictable and cost effective. 🚀 AI becomes a massive driver for migration - and modernization at the same time. 🚀 He also shared insights on powerful capabilities like AWS Transform, Kiro, and Agent Core - plus new extensibility features that allow partners to bring their own domain expertise into modernization workflows. We also explored how AWS connects partner-built offerings with the field, why co-engineering between AWS and partners is increasing, and the exciting new autonomous agents launching across security, DevOps, and more. This conversation is a must-watch for partner leaders who want to understand where AWS is heading and how to build their next generation of offerings. Full Substack article in the first comment #AWSreinvent25 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Allison Bishop Megan Barbone Matt Yanchyshyn Mona Chadha Chris Grusz

I’m so excited to share this video from our Women of Nutanix HerStory series — and it features someone who played a foundational role in my own journey. Sush Kajaria was my very first manager at Nutanix. She led with empathy, uplifted every person on our team, and created a culture rooted in trust, inclusion, and care. Her leadership made us feel like a family — and that’s something I’ve carried with me ever since. In this conversation, Sush opens up about: -Her career journey in tech and the lessons she’s learned -The power of continuous learning — from AI to leadership programs -What “belonging” really means at work and in life -And how we can support others as we grow ourselves This interview is also part of my blog project — where I highlight voices that have inspired me in the hope they’ll inspire others too. The vision behind Palo Alto Networks biggest moves often comes with a dose of courage. Nikesh Arora's leadership is a masterclass in making unorthodox strategic decisions that create bigger, long-term opportunities. This is a great read on why that "think different" approach is exactly how we've gotten to where we are today. How do you get a clear signal on the future of #AI amidst all the noise? You listen to the people who have an uncanny pulse on where the 🌍 world is going. That’s what makes the #NoPriors podcast with Sarah Guo and Elad Gil essential listening. Their latest episode with Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora connects the dots on where the future is really heading, from the inevitable consolidation of the LLM market to AI's radical reinvention of entire industries and the ultimate race toward AGI...and may include a few predictions: 💥 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁: Nikesh sees a future where AI agents completely dismantle the classic search model, forcing a fundamental rewrite of entire industries built on it. 🛡️ 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱: He warns that AI will accelerate cyberattacks to a terrifying pace. The only defense? Fully autonomous, AI-driven security that can fight back in real-time. (ps...we're already working on that...) 🤖 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: This isn't just about chatbots. Nikesh foresees a world where sophisticated AI agents become our partners, executing complex, multi-step tasks and changing the very nature of work and productivity. ♟️ If you want to understand the strategic chess moves being made in AI and security, this is your episode. #NoPriors #thoughtleadership #wheretheworldisgoing #AIsecurity https://lnkd.in/gst4S-Vb

#VCF9 keeps on delivering on its promise and unlocks massive value for our customers by delivering a true private cloud experience. 2026 saw new products added in the security space to drive it even further with #ACC (Advanced Cyber Compliance) and #vDefend. What is next? I personally can't wait to see how VCF and the VCF ecosystem will expand over the coming months and years. Amazing 💪

I didn't plan on spending 15 years in presales. I was in IT. The dream was to become a CIO someday. Then I took a job running Solutions Engineering and Network Engineering at Conduit Global. I didn't think of it as a presales role at the time. But that was the moment everything changed. Here are the most important things that 15 years in the function taught me: Technical credibility is rented, not owned. The most credible moment in a sales cycle is not when you answer a hard question. It is when you ask one the prospect had not thought to ask themselves. The best SEs are investigators, not presenters. If you walk into a call thinking your job is to convince, you are already behind. Capacity is the hidden constraint in every presales org. By the time a leader notices the team is overloaded, the best people are already looking for other jobs. Win rates are a lagging indicator of everything else. The discipline is tracking what drives them before the number moves. And the hardest one: the function is undervalued, and it is partly our fault. We have historically done a poor job of telling our own story. I wrote about all of it here: https://lnkd.in/gKnUuyNs If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear what your own years in presales have taught you. #Presales #SolutionsEngineering #SalesLeadership #PresalesIQ

🚨 𝑩𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒊𝒅 NEW EPISODE: AI Upskilling and Innovation with Cisco CLO Marci Paino 🎙️ What if your learning strategy started with your business strategy and shipped value 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵 by delivering “minimum loveable products”? These are the core disciplines Marci Paino and her team practice at Cisco. Marci and I covered a lot of ground talking about learning as a driver for innovation, AI upskilling, AI for learning and more in this episode but two ideas really stood out to me. First, while Cisco’s AI skills research identifies the need to fill myriad technical skill gaps, upskilling the “everyday worker” on AI was their biggest priority. Everyone, from individual contributors to leaders and even board members, needs a safe, practical on-ramp to relevant, targeted AI upskilling. Second, embrace design thinking, take the time to understand your customer’s pain, ship a “minimal lovable product,” and iterate. Product quality improves when the learning team models the behaviors they’re teaching the rest of the company. How are you anchoring learning to your company’s core business strategy? And how do you deliver quality learning products? Tune in and share your thoughts! Watch or listen here: https://lnkd.in/guUHTUBp #LearningInnovation #AIDrivenLearning #DesignThinking #MinimumLovableProduct #BeingIntrepid #AIUpskilling #LearningDesign #BusinessStrategy

See what IDC's Ashish Nadkarni, Group Vice President and General Manager Worldwide Infrastructure thinks about the latest powerful enhancements and extensive expansion of enterprise cyber and AI storage leader Infinidat's multi-award-winning InfiniBox enterprise storage platform and the InfuzeOS storage operating system: “Infinidat is delivering all the right things in their latest enhancements for the InfiniBox G4 family – higher efficiency, Green IT, reduced entry price point, more flexible scaling options, larger capacity in a more compact form-factor, and expanded native protocol support with the addition of object/S3. Inspired by the sharing from Dr. Tianyi (TJ) Jiang on how AvePoint started from a public library project in New Jersey to a 390m ARR SaaS+AI giant today, from strategic partnerships with Microsoft to bold&patient moves in different markets globally. What surprises me is that 20% of the revenue comes from SMEs, and small teams with 3-5 licenses are strategically important not just about the volume, but the nature that they require zero training, onboarding, presale/aftersale support, which makes the operation light and scalable. Making enterprise grade software available to small businesses is cool and impactful. Thanks to Lyn Sia Rosmarin for the invitation to the event.
