I had the privilege of working alongside exceptional teammates, innovative administrators and inspiring educators who use Canvas every day to transform student learning. Becoming a Customer Success Manager right as COVID hit was one of the most defining experiences of my career. Supporting institutions through rapid change gave me a front-row seat to our customers’ evolving needs. Insight that became invaluable when I later transitioned into sales and could advocate for institutions with real perspective.
