Dave Justice shared thisJust wrapped up an incredible few days at Adobe Government Forum 2026 in Washington, D.C., where leaders across the public sector, industry partners, and technology community came together to address the fast‑evolving demands of digital government. One of the most inspiring moments was the discussion between Suzette Kent, former Federal CIO and current Adobe Advisory Board member and U.S. Federal Government CIO Gregory B. Barbaccia, who reinforced a powerful message: digital modernization and AI adoption must be grounded in trust, security, and real mission outcomes—not technology for technology’s sake. His vision underscored the importance of responsible AI as an enabler of better services, stronger transparency, and a more effective federal workforce. That takeaway strongly aligns with how we approach innovation at Adobe. Through our AI‑driven creativity, experience, and productivity solutions, we help public agencies modernize how they communicate, deliver services, and engage with citizens—while staying accessible, compliant, and secure. I’m grateful for the trust our public sector customers place in Adobe and for the partnership we continue to build together. I’m excited about what’s ahead as we work side by side to create digital experiences that are more efficient, reliable, and impactful for the people government serves. #DigitalGovernment #PublicSector #ResponsibleAI #CustomerExperience #DigitalTransformation

Dave Justice shared thisWhat an incredible week at Accelerate Americas! The energy, the ambition, and the momentum our Americas sales team brought to the table was nothing short of inspiring. AI is fundamentally reshaping how consumers discover, engage, and interact with brands. Traditional marketing funnels are being rewritten as AI agents, chat-based interfaces, and voice-driven experiences become the new front door. Adobe is uniquely positioned to help our customers navigate, and win, in this shift. The good news? This team is ready. If Accelerate Americas proved anything, it’s that the Americas Enterprise organization is not just aligned—we’re maximally accelerated. 🚀 Proud of this team and excited for the year ahead! Dave Justice shared thisWhen government leaders and creative minds unite, innovation takes center stage. This week at Adobe GovMAX, we welcomed more than 100 government leaders, creators, and communicators in Los Angeles ahead of Adobe MAX to reimagine what’s possible for public sector communications. The energy was electric: @Eric Snowden’s keynote, Firefly-powered design sessions, Adobe Express demos, and most importantly, inspiring stories from the USPS, Clark County, California Department of Public Health, and cities like LA and Denver. What impressed me the most? The creativity and commitment of our government customers. Together, we’re not just shaping the future of government communications, we’re building it now. #GovMAX #DigitalGovernment

Dave Justice reposted thisDave Justice reposted thisWe’re proud to announce that City Year San José / Silicon Valley is now officially City Year Bay Area! This name change reflects our growing regional impact and ongoing commitment to serving students and schools across the Bay Area. Since 1994, we’ve grown from a single site in East San José to serve multiple schools across San José and East Palo Alto. Our Student Success Coaches are dedicated young adults from cities across the Bay Area, including Vallejo, Daly City, and Livermore as well as alumni from local universities like San Francisco State University and Menlo College. This change is also a recognition of the Bay Area-wide community that powers our work. From school districts like Ravenswood City School District to long-standing supporters like the San Francisco 49ers Foundation, our impact is fueled by local leaders, educators, and champions who believe in the potential of every student. Our mission, vision, and core values remain the same. What’s changing is our name—to better represent the reach, collaboration, and future we’re building together. Dave Justice shared thisMost B2B companies run two core Go-To-Market motions: outbound and inbound. Now imagine if you had the knowledge — and the ability – to coordinate dozens or hundreds of motions based on dynamic data flowing between your sales and marketing teams. That’s revenue growth at scale — and that’s what the ZoomInfo platform can do for your business. Not sure where to start? We’re sharing tried-and-true plays that have worked for us at ZoomInfo. Dave Justice shared thisThanks to all of the talented PagerDuty employees, our partners and our amazing customers that helped to make this happen! The best is yet to come! #wearehiringDave Justice shared thisEarlier today, we reported PagerDuty’s FY22 Q4 and full year earnings. I’m extraordinarily proud of our team’s accomplishments in the past quarter and throughout the year. Our results continue a trend of consistently strong company performance over the last several quarters. Q4 revenue grew 32% year over year to $79 million and our FY22 total revenue was $281 million, also up 32%. And for the fifth consecutive quarter, our dollar-based net retention was over 120%. Customers utilizing 2 or more PagerDuty products now make up 51% of our annual recurring revenue, up from 32% just two years ago. This means we’re landing larger, more comprehensive deals as the PagerDuty Operations Cloud becomes central to our customers’ growth strategies and helps them advance their digital maturity. Customers spending more than $100,000 annually with PagerDuty grew 39% year over year and those spending more than $1,000,000 grew by 65%.Our AIOps and automation solutions are growing at 70% or more year over year. And with our recent acquisition of Catalytic, we’ll complement our leadership in DevOps workflow automation with a no-code offering that brings the same value to teams in business functions like sales, marketing, and finance. We expect this upward trend of multi-product adoption to continue throughout FY23. We enter FY23 with incredible momentum, a testament to the incredible work of #Dutonians around the globe. Throughout FY22, our teams #RanTogether to innovate relentlessly in service of our customers, demonstrating the value of our new products as they gained traction in the market and built the foundation for further growth. I deeply appreciate the leaders who bet on us. In an unpredictable and fast-changing environment, they place their trust in PagerDuty to drive their digital transformation and maintain the integrity of their operations. I am very confident in our ability to continue growing efficiently and sustainably as the Operations Cloud becomes the standard for modern enterprises. Lets Go!!! #wearehiring

Dave Justice liked thisDave Justice liked thisClosing out Women’s History Month and I keep coming back to one person: Padmasree Warrior. When I was at Cisco, I had the privilege of supporting Padma. She was Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, one of the most senior women in tech at the time, in one of the most technical companies in the world. After Cisco, I had the rare opportunity to work for her again at NIO, watching her lead through a new set of challenges of building autonomous EVs and a global brand, while staying true to the same core values. She walked into every room, boardrooms, engineering reviews, global keynotes, and she was completely, unapologetically herself. No code switching. No shrinking. Just Padma. That is what authentic leadership looked like in practice, long before it became a buzzword. Over time, a few lessons from her really stayed with me: 1️⃣ Lead with learning and creativity: She never pretended to have all the answers, even when everyone expected her to but she always came prepared. She stayed curious, asked unconventional questions, and encouraged teams to explore ideas that did not fit neatly into the spreadsheet, which changed how I think about strength in leadership. 2️⃣ Lead authentically: She showed that you do not have to trade in your story, your voice, or your values to be effective at the highest levels. The way she led on stage, in reviews, and in 1-1s was the same, and that consistency built deep trust. She did not soften her story to fit in. She showed that what makes you different can be the sharpest tool you have. 3️⃣ Bring a chair for others: She did not just claim her own seat at the table. She actively pulled in people she believed in, put them on big stages and big projects, and gave them the air cover to grow into leadership in full view of the organization. She pulled people into the conversation, asked for their views, and backed them in the room. It taught me that representation is the starting line, not the finish. 4️⃣ Ambition+high performance+empathy: Her bar for performance is incredibly high, she did not tolerate mediocrity, but it was matched by how deeply she listened, is an active participant and brings out the best in people. Her lessons have left a mark on me. The most powerful thing any of us can do, is show up fully as who we are and create the conditions for others to do the same. #womenshistorymonth

After spending time with the team, that has only become more evident. I’m especially energized by the opportunity ahead: to build on this foundation, bring even greater alignment, and help scale in a way that drives consistent impact. Not because of a slide, a slogan, the booth, or a set of meetings. Because of the people at Zscaler. The best moments weren’t the polished ones. They were the human ones: Teammates jumping in before being asked Leaders making space for others to shine Teams across functions moving like one crew The quiet confidence that comes from doing hard things together If you were part of making RSA happen - thank you. Dave Justice liked thisDave Justice liked thisI'm thrilled to share that I've joined Anthropic as Head of Commercial Operations and Strategy. Anthropic was founded on a simple but profound conviction: if powerful AI is coming, it should be built by people who are deeply focused on making it safe. That mission has never felt more urgent — or more energizing. As AI systems become more capable and more woven into how businesses operate, the question isn't just *what* we build, but *how* we build it. Responsibly. Transparently. With safety at the frontier, not as an afterthought. I'm excited to help scale the commercial engine behind that mission — building the operations and strategy that let Anthropic bring Claude to more organizations, more thoughtfully. Part of that is growing the Applied AI team, who do the hands-on work of helping enterprises put Claude into practice. A huge thank you to Paul Smith and Daniela Amodei for the opportunity and the trust. I'm grateful to be building alongside a team this talented and this principled.

Dave Justice liked thisDave Justice liked thisWhen we started Salesforce 27 years ago, we made a simple bet that business could be the greatest platform for change. That belief became our 1-1-1 model: committing 1% of equity, 1% of product, 1% of employee time to giving back from day one. As the company grew, that early 1% pledge transformed into supporting nearly $1 billion of corporate philanthropy, nonprofit access to our technology for nonprofits, and 10.5 million hours in employee volunteer time. It’s also motivated our more than $1 billion in personal philanthropy, with our focus on pediatric health, education and communities at UCSF and beyond. Grateful to be included on The Chronicle of Philanthropy's Philanthropy 50 list for the 11th time since 2010, and to all of the philanthropists behind this year’s $22.4B impact. Dave Justice liked thisDave Justice liked thisTrying to be a "real CEO" was one of my worst misakes: We launched Gainsight in May of 2013 and hosted our first ever Pulse conference for the customer success industry. The event would later become the standard, with thousands of annual attendees. I did my typical "cringe-but-lovable" thing and somehow ended up on the keynote stage in stunner shades. Later I had a football helmet on and did a really bad Heisman pose. You had to be there. Anyway, the event was a huge hit. I think people were endeared to our quirky culture. We raised more money that year and were on the path to being a real company. In January of 2014, we were four months from Pulse 2014. We were growing up and I wanted to too. So I hired a speaking coach to take my game to the next level. She was well regarded and very good at her craft. And she said: "Nick - you need to be more professional. No weird outfits. Speak slowly. And stop being so excited - it's strange. Also, read the script off of the prompter." So I did. And Pulse 2014 was BY FAR my worst keynote. I was robotic. My speech was forced. Very few smiles. A typical CEO speech. You can see it for yourself on YouTube. Actually, please don't! The next year, I went back to me. No script. No notes. My typical, frenetic, nerdy, corny self. Fired up. And yes - ridiculous props and outfits. Over the years I was: * A robotic man from the future * The wizard from Wicked * Ted Lasso * A kid from the Breakfast Club * And a rapper (who actually rapped on stage!) It worked. And damn it felt good to be myself again.

Dave Justice liked thisDave Justice liked thisOne year ago this month, Lip-Bu Tan became CEO of Intel. I joined several months later, so I'm newer to this story than most. But what I've observed in a short time is something I've only seen a handful of times in my career: a leader who is genuinely remaking a culture of an iconic company while simultaneously running a global transformation. This week I had the privilege of sitting down with him for an employee Q&A. What struck me wasn't just what he said. It was how he said it. Direct. Grounded. He had a script. He just didn't need it. His operating philosophy is simple: stay humble, work hard, innovate, delight your customers. I've worked alongside some extraordinary leaders in my career — John Chambers at Cisco, founding teams at NIO, brilliant builders at Uniphore and SambaNova. The ones who actually move organizations aren't always the loudest voices in the room. They're the ones who are clear about where they're going and relentless about building the team to get there. One year in. The new Intel is taking shape. Grateful to be part of it. #Intel #Leadership #Transformation

Governing AI agents to prevent them from making mistakes 🦾 During #theCUBE’s Rubrik-special coverage, Michael Ortega, Director of AI Marketing, sits down with Kavitha Mariappan, CTO at Rubrik, to discuss how the company allows organizations to create a zero-trust environment for governing their AI agentic deployments. “One of the things Rubrik Zero Labs just recently discovered through a study is that 50% of cyber attacks in the future are going to be agentic AI-generated, and that is a huge number. We're just at the tip of the iceberg right now. One of the things Rubrik is focused on is ensuring that we're creating the control plane for organizations to be able to manage their AI deployments within their organization,” Mariappan shares. “A key capability would be to create a zero trust environment to govern and create guardrails around AI agentic deployments. What's even more exciting is Agent Rewind that gives organizations the ability to roll back any sort of agentic actions to a clean state. That would have been inadvertent, unplanned or malicious. Based on Rubrik's core DNA, it's so much a North Star for us and there's so much work that we're putting into that,” she adds. 💡 Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dhH9knpH #Cyberattacks #AI #RubrikZeroLabs #AgenticAI #EnterpriseAI

Excited for today. This is one of those pause-and-reflect moments. We introduced our new brand identity: Everpure. And to me, it represents more than a new name — it reflects how far we’ve evolved. When I joined Pure, we were redefining storage performance and efficiency. That work still matters. But the world changed. Data isn’t just infrastructure anymore — it’s strategy. AI, real-time decisions, digital experiences — none of it works without unified, intelligent, ready-to-move data. I’ve seen firsthand how complexity creeps in — silos multiply, systems don’t talk, and teams spend more time coordinating than innovating. Everpure represents our belief that there’s a better way. It’s about coherence. Intelligence. Simplicity at scale. And our intention to acquire 1touch reinforces that — understanding your data, its context and risk, is foundational in the modern enterprise. Proud of the journey. Energized for what’s next. 🚀

Trends we are watching. 1. On-Prem Renaissance As cloud storage & security TCO's rise (ZS, CRWV) we see CIO's looking to increase on-prem & private cloud solutions for a hybrid deployment. we're looking at HPE (Green lake ARR a watch), DELL, ANET, NTNX, and AVGO. 2. Cybersecurity Move from point solutions to Platforms With cyber threats growing and becoming increasingly complex, security solutions TCO's are also rising- CISO's and CIO's are looking towards streamlined management platforms like CVLT, PANW, & NOW, and away from point solutions (S,OKTA, CYBR, CHKP) 3. AI first capex continues Continued investment in AI infasrstructure is pivotal, we'll be closely evaluating hyperscalers earnings for indications in a decrease in AI spend. 4. Commercial Real Estate Recovery With return to the office mandates increasing, and interest rate cuts on the horizon, CRE is well poised for a recovery. The timing and size of the cut are critical, with July cuts now below a 5% chance, we'll be looking at macro indicators (Unemployment, PCE, CPI) to determine the size of a september cut. 5. Energy Supply Bottlenecks Grid resilience (VST, POWL) & rising electricity pose one of the largest risks to hyperscalers, as costs per rack rise, margins can come under pressure. Nuclear energy(CEG, OKLO, GEV, ITRI) will be critical for long term growth, it's the most efficient, producing the least amount of emissions compared to it's peers (Coal(BTU, HCC), Natural Gas, Solar, Wind, Water). We see Coal and Natural Gas rising as a near term bridge to nuclear, they're the cheapest per efficiency, aiding margins. Additionally Advancements in Liquid Cooling for racks (VRT) will aid in energy costs.

Pure Storage has become EverPure! EverPure captures who we are and where we’re going. From reshaping the storage industry to defining the future of data management. We continue to invest more in storage R&D than anyone in the industry, because innovation at the core still matters. But our journey doesn’t stop there. We’re moving up the stack, not away from it; expanding the value we deliver without compromising the performance, simplicity, and reliability that made Pure Storage what it is today. With Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC), customers can turn fragmented, siloed data into intelligent, governed, performance-ready assets, built for AI speed and scale. This is about enabling outcomes: faster insights, better decisions, and real business impact. And with our definitive agreement to acquire 1touch.io, we intend to extend EDC even further into advanced data management, helping customers unlock the strategic value of their data and make it truly AI-ready. EverPure is more than a name. It’s a statement of intent. A commitment to continuous innovation.
