Rebuilding the Community Through the Church: A Bold New Model for a Sustainable, Transparent, and Empowered Faith Ecosystem?
One of the greatest frustrations I’ve seen in the modern Church is how slow things move. We say we want revival.

Addison Houston shared thisDon't believe us? Bet, here's a real example for ya! 20-unit property, $3.2M value, $1,500/unit rent. Traditional leasing 👨💼 📉 : → 3 turnovers/year, each vacant 45 days → Lost rent: $6,750 → Broker commissions: $4,500 → NOI: $222,750 → Cap rate: 6.96% With RBIT 🐸 📈 : → Same 3 turnovers, vacant just 20 days (faster tenant matching) → Lost rent: $3,000 → Flat RS-tier fee instead of commission: $285 → NOI: $230,715 → Cap rate: 7.21% Same property. Same purchase price. Same rent roll. Just tighter placement and a flat fee instead of a commission — and cap rate moves ~25 bps, for free! #PropTech #RealEstate #CapRate #Multifamily #Landlord #PropertyManagement #NOI #RealEstateInvesting #RentalProperty #CRE #PassiveIncome #Fintech #Startup #RealEstateTech #InvestmentProperty #FAITHAddison Houston shared thisStop losing money to empty units and broker commissions. Cut vacancy periods in half, and swap commissions for a flat fee. Cap rate increases. That's dwel.20 — faster placement, flat fees, better NOI. No rent hike needed. #PropTech #RealEstate #Multifamily #CapRate #PropertyManagement 🐸

Addison Houston shared thisPCS season hits families right where it hurts — deposits, travel costs, timing gaps before BAH catches up. We built dwel.20 to put cash back in their pocket at exactly that moment, because military families deserve real affordability support, not just another listing site. We're looking to partner with people who are already embedded in this world — base relocation and housing offices, PCS support networks, military spouse communities — anyone who fields the "where do I live" question on a daily basis and wants a genuine way to ease the financial load of moving. Here's the opportunity: you're already doing this. We just want to put something real in your hands to hand your people — cashback when they lease through dwel.20 — and pay you for the intro. It's one more way to make a hard, expensive move a little lighter for the families you serve. No cold outreach, no sales pitch to your network. Just an affordability resource worth sharing, and a referral relationship worth having. If you have access to this world and want to help us bring more financial relief to military families, send me a message or drop a comment below. Addison Houston posted thisThe key to business is not to confuse pain with a stop sign. You learn to carry discomfort without letting discomfort make the decision for you. Because the people who compound aren't necessarily the ones who suffer the most. They're the ones who can keep functioning, thinking clearly, and taking shots when things get hard. Pain isn't the goal, but being able to keep moving when life isn't comfortable is. #success #pain #startup #grind #mondaymotivation #faith

Addison Houston shared thisOur mission to build lifestyle affordability infrastructure for all is multi-decade in rollout as much as it is multi-planetary. All gas. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gejyH3_zAddison Houston shared thisRBIT started with a simple idea: when someone makes a big financial decision there's usually margin sitting in that transaction that never makes it back to the person who earned it. We built the infrastructure to change that. We think about our growth in three stages — Earth, Between, and Beyond. Earth is where we live today: building reimbursement and savings infrastructure into everyday financial decisions — housing, energy, and beyond. That's 100% of our focus right now, and where it'll stay for years to come. Long term, we believe financial sustainability is a form of impact in its own right, and we want RBIT's model to be part of that story wherever it's being written. #mission #startup #focused #solar #greentech #proptech #incentives

This milestone reflects the traction we've built across our tenant rental incentives and Solar Incentive Program — and validates sustainable, self-funding incentives that put real money back into people's pockets. Grateful for the trust from ZAMP and energized for what's next. More to come soon. 🚀 #Fintech #Proptech #Startups #SeedRound #solar #rental #incentives

Addison Houston posted this1. Everything can move faster than people think it can. Compress your timelines. 2. There’s always a cheaper way to do things. 3. Delete steps from workflows. Re-work workflows to get rid of extra steps. Some first-principle steps I admire most in business, and frankly-life. 🚀 #thursdaythoughts #motivation #startup #faith

Addison Houston shared thisSpent the past week running 11,856 parameter combinations through a Monte Carlo simulation to stress-test RBIT's solar underwriting engine. What came out the other side: a model that holds up under pressure, tighter visibility into which levers actually impact revenue, and a lot more conviction regarding impact we're bringing to the market. Building the infrastructure to know before we scale — not just hope after. Build. #weekendactivities #incentives #monday #letsgo

Addison Houston shared thisWe’re confident in our vision and focused on building something truly significant here at RBIT. Grateful for the incredible team executing at a high level and for the opportunities coming our way. This is an exciting time to be building in America. Addison Houston shared thisWhy the RBIT Dwel.20 renters incentive is important: RBIT’s internal Year 1 modeling targets roughly 32,853 tenant placements through dwel.20, scaling across quarterly compounding cycles as placement revenue gets reinvested into the next cohort of incentive payouts. Run the math on that volume: 32,853 placements × ~$333 average incentive ≈ $10.9 million returned directly to renters in a single year — not as debt, not as a discount on a future bill, but as cash in hand at the most cash-constrained moment of a renter’s year. Even at a more conservative placement volume — say, 10,000 renters in an early scaling year — that’s still over $3.3 million flowing back to consumers rather than being captured entirely as landlord or platform margin. RBIT is building the most fiscally sustainable impact model for mom and pop shops! Putting money back into the hands of customers is a benefit to the entire localized economy. Let’s do this!

Addison Houston liked thisAddison Houston liked thisMade the 53. But we gotta long way to go. Funny how life can bring you all the way back to the beginning. These last few months I’ve had to do things I haven’t done since I first came into this league. Show up early. Stay late. Take every rep I could get. Do the little things. Put pride and ego to the side and prove all over again that I belong here. And I think there’s a lesson in that no matter what you do in life. Never get too big to do the small things. Never let what you’ve already accomplished make you think you don’t have anything left to prove. And never be afraid to start from the bottom again if it means getting another shot at something you love. People can count you out. They can decide your best days are behind you. That’s THEIR opinion... You still get to decide when you’re done. I wasn’t done n still not. MY HEART BLEED BLUE 🤞🏾

Collaboration between transmission owners, regional planners, and stakeholders is a defining factor in successful, cost-effective expansion according to a review of ~30 transmission projects by Grid Strategies LLC. Yet Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order 1000 introduced rules that restrict sharing the very information efficient planning depends on. And there is a price tag for ratepayers - in one region alone, delays and inefficiencies from limited collaboration exceeded $1 billion. Policymakers have the evidence. It's time to act — remove the barriers, enable collaboration, and build the transmission infrastructure today's energy demands require. #transmission #gridmodernization

Highlighting what us happening in the Texas energy market. DER’s are leading the way. More Dutch are certainly getting solar panels, but without the storage. If VPP’s are shaping TX’s power market for the better, think of what it could do for the Dutch market! #DER #VPP #Dutchpower #grudtransformation

Virtual power plants are getting real. States and utilities took 106 steps in 2025 to build programs that connect home batteries, EV chargers, smart tech, and other distributed energy resources into big grid-support networks. 35 states plus DC moved policy and utility plans forward to make these systems work on a larger scale for grid reliability. Solar and storage are a huge part of this shift because they sit right on people’s roofs and in their garages, ready to be part of the power solution every day. When your rooftop solar pushes extra clean energy into a VPP, it means more reliable electricity, lower stress on the grid, and real value back to homeowners. That’s solar winning, helping the grid stay strong, and creating opportunities for more solar installs and jobs in the solar world. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gHxQz-mb
