Growth, creativity, and connection were at the heart of this year’s Women& Conference. In March, our Women@ employee resource group hosted the annual event for women and allies across Pinterest, centered on the theme "Unbreakable." Through workshops, keynote sessions, volunteering, and more, employees came together to learn, celebrate, and build community. As both a CEO and a parent, I believe we need to be honest: social media as it exists today is not safe for kids under 16. That’s why I wrote in TIME about Australia’s social media ban - and why I believe this debate should push our industry to raise the bar on teen safety and well-being.
