The best thing you can find online is a reason to go offline. The Young Futures Org Block Party in Austin opened with that message from Pinterest’s brand video (https://lnkd.in/gZXupW6c). And in a room full of dedicated youth wellbeing advocates, it landed not like a tagline, but like a shared belief. Pinterest was proud to partner with Young Futures for their inaugural Block Party. With a Pinterest inspo board (https://lnkd.in/gpar5nrn) setting the mood, we embarked on two days of storytelling, field-building, and celebration with the nonprofits, researchers, funders, and youth leaders shaping what it actually means to grow up in a digital world. Out of many insights, lifting up just a few: 🙌🏼 90% of young people report feeling hopeful and optimistic about the future. This is the energy that deserves to be turned up in the conversation about young people, tech, and their wellbeing. ⚙️ How > whether young people use technology. Intentional, creative, purposeful use is the path forward. 📢 Youth-led > youth-centered. The organizations making the most impact are the ones with young people in real decision-making roles, not just as consultees or beneficiaries. I also had the honor of presenting the Storytellers Award, recognizing journalists, artists, and influencers who center young people's voices and change whose stories get told: Alyssa Goldberg, Alice Lassman, Davida P., and Alexis Williams. Storytelling isn't just about visibility; it's about power. Young Futures is building something special. Congrats to the team (Katya Hancock, Dr. Kristine G., Cassie Archdeacon, Brooke Messaye, Sierra Malia F., Morgan Marler, Yelitsa Jean-Charles, Trey Leveque) – grateful for our partnership!

Food carries more than flavor. This Asian, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, members of our Asians@ employee resource group are celebrating with a theme close to home: "Stories at the Table." Giovanni Kyle Sabio, Apprentice Product Researcher, shared that for his Filipino family, Kumain ka na ba? — "Have you eaten yet?" — isn't just a question. It's a way of saying I love you. Meher Chand, Product Designer, remembers the whole family gathering around her mom's lamb curry and roti, a meal that sparked so much joy and connection. Cindy Chang, Sr. Manager, Business Development, still has her mom's handwritten recipe for lion's head meatballs. One instruction especially shows her care and intuition: always stir in one direction. This month, we hope you take the time to reflect on the stories, recipes and memories from your own table. Last month, we announced tvScientific by Pinterest, giving advertisers a new way to reach Pinterest's exclusive high-intent audiences on TV. It's a significant moment for the business, and exactly the kind of growth that brings inspiring people to our team. Meet Emily Robinson, VP of Marketing for tvScientific by Pinterest. In our latest Life at Pinterest interview, Emily shares what drew her to this space, what she believes makes this moment so important for marketers and what she wants folks to know about joining a team of builders, collaborators and gelato-lovers. "This is one of those rare moments where the market is shifting, the product is differentiated, and the team has the ability to genuinely define what comes next." We’re hiring at Pinterest! Over the past year, we’ve made significant strides at Pinterest: diversifying our business through international expansion, investing in programmatic and CTV, and growing our core Enterprise and SMB teams. We see a big opportunity to accelerate growth within the Mid-Market segment, leveraging the solid foundation we've built with SMBs. That’s why I’m excited to announce the launch of a dedicated Mid-Market Sales team, beginning in the U.S. and Europe. We’ll be hiring for a variety of roles in both Chicago and Dublin, marking an exciting step forward in our expansion. If you’re interested in being part of this next chapter, check out the available opportunities and apply through our career page below. 📌 https://lnkd.in/ebpyUH4T

Brands, agencies and partners recently joined us in Toronto and London for Pinvision, our annual invite-only B2B event for senior marketing and media leaders, to explore one big theme: how intention on Pinterest leads to better decisions, not just more impressions. In Canada, leaders dug into what’s next for visual search in a world of algorithmic sameness, and how people come to Pinterest to discover ideas that feel more personal and uniquely theirs. In the UK, we shared how AI and visual search help people form taste, narrow options and feel confident in their choices – giving brands a chance to show up earlier in a positive environment and grow with a Gen Z audience that now makes up over half of people on Pinterest. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at these Pinterest Business events and to the Pinterest employees, speakers and partners who brought these moments to life.

Last weekend in Los Angeles, I was proud to represent Pinterest in joining California state leaders, partners, students, and community members for 'California Love, California Strong', a powerful kickoff to Mental Health Awareness Month. What made the event so meaningful was the shared recognition that youth mental health is not a side issue — it is a priority. California is showing what is possible when public agencies, community organizations, and cross-sector partners come together to expand support for teens and invest in the next generation of mental health leaders. At Pinterest, supporting youth wellbeing is deeply connected to our mission to create a more positive, inspiring, and safer experience for young people, both online and offline. That’s why were proud to support the Youth Mental Health Corps, alongside the Schultz Family Foundation and a growing coalition of partners across the United States, to help expand access to support while creating meaningful service-to-career pathways for young adults. Thank you to California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom, California Health & Human Services Agency Secretary Kim Johnson, California Volunteers, Office of the Governor Chief Impact Officer Josh Fryday and California’s broader leadership for your partnership and steadfast commitment to this work. And most importantly, thank you to the young people and the 400+ Youth Mental Health Corps members at the center of this work across the country — your leadership is what makes this model so impactful. Pinterest is proud to be in this work alongside you, and we remain committed to helping young people feel supported, connected, and equipped to thrive. 📌 ❤️

This week, we officially opened the doors to Pinterest’s new home in New York at 11 Madison. New York matters to our business in a big way. It’s where so many of our brand partners, agencies, and advertisers are. It’s also where some of Pinterest’s strongest engineering, sales, design, and content talent comes together every day. When that much of the business is built here, the standard for our space needs to be high. That was the goal: not just more room, but a better operating environment. With more than double the footprint of our previous office, this space is built for how our 680 New York employees actually work; hosting clients, building with partners, collaborating across teams, and moving ideas into execution faster. There’s also something meaningful about this address. 11 Madison is closely associated with the idea of Unreasonable Hospitality, inspired by a book from Will Guidara and the belief that great experiences come from care, intention, and attention to detail. That mindset matters at Pinterest too: in how we build for Pinners, show up for partners, and create an environment where great work can happen. And yes, there’s a disco karaoke room. Because range matters too. A lot of people helped make this real. Thank you to everyone who brought it across the line, and to the New York team who will make it matter from here. This is a milestone worth celebrating. We aim to be worthy of the address
