Growth, creativity, and connection were at the heart of this year’s Women& Conference. In March, our Women@ employee resource group hosted the annual event for women and allies across Pinterest, centered on the theme "Unbreakable." Through workshops, keynote sessions, volunteering, and more, employees came together to learn, celebrate, and build community. As Iesha (O'Deneal) Berry, VP, Culture & Experience, shared: "I am so incredibly proud of the Women@ and Women& planning team. This year, they curated an engaging experience that brought together women and allies across the company, both in person and virtually. It was a moment to explore what it means to be Unbreakable, celebrate community, and showcase our core value of creating belonging." 1dFor days, I’ve been trying to get support regarding an issue with Pinterest, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. My website (egitimkultur.com) has been flagged as spam. However, all my content is original, carefully created, and fully compliant. I didn’t use automation, I didn’t spam. I simply created, shared, and tried to grow. But now, I’m restricted without any clear explanation. And the hardest part is this: not being able to reach anyone… I’m just asking for fairness. Just someone to say, “let’s take a look at this.” If anyone can help or guide me, I would be truly grateful. Sometimes, a small act of support can save someone’s entire effort.
