This role requires proven experience overseeing multi-billion dollar CapEx programs, with full lifecycle responsibility from concept and FEED through execution, startup, and operational handover. We’re looking for leaders who have successfully delivered complex mega projects, managed EPC partners, and driven performance across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations in high-growth environments. Middle East project experience is highly valued, along with a strong owner-side or major EPC background.
