Last year, Building Owners and Managers Association - Wisconsin awarded The Offices at Madison Yards a TOBY Award for Office Building of the Year in the 100,000-249,999 square foot category. This award recognizes the integral role this 7-story Class A office building plays in the 21-acre mixed-use Madison Yards development in University Hill Farms, Wisconsin. Upon the property's opening in 2023, our team was engaged to set up office operations and navigate the buildout of two tenant spaces within its first year of occupancy. And now, thanks to the partnership with our Leasing team, we’ve been able to secure 100% occupancy on behalf of the client. Currently, our team oversees procurement, operations, and tenant relationship management to ensure smooth operations for occupiers and visitors. https://cbre.co/4te9qZD
