Continuing our roundtable series in recognition of International Women’s Day, our second video explores what senior leaders can do to provide support and opportunities for women to progress into leadership positions as well as what practical initiatives Knight Frank are implementing to create these opportunities. This conversation reflects our commitment to ‘Give To Gain’, the International Women’s Day 2026 theme Knight Frank is championing. Give To Gain highlights the power of reciprocity—when individuals and organisations give generously, opportunities for women multiply. Giving isn’t a loss; it’s intentional growth. And when women thrive, we all rise.. 🩷 To find out more about DE&I at Knight Frank 👉 https://bit.ly/3PCRwBy #GiveToGain #IWD #KnightFrank #PartnersInProperty Danielle Ashford-Quaye MNAEA Mel Constantinou Sarah Beattie Jessica Tsang

What does our survey of corporate real estate leaders show us? Compared to last year, CRE leaders are more cautious. The challenging macroeconomic environment has put a brake on ambition. However, CRE leaders still see room for firm-level growth. Sentiment around occupancy levels returning to a pre-pandemic norm are at their highest levels, though still marginally negative. There is increased pressure to achieve more from the same amount of space. Find out more from our full report: https://lnkd.in/ghf6uCcB #YOURSPACE #KnightFrank

Fighting the Last War: Markets, Mortgages and the Bank of England's Hawkish Misfire In this episode, Tom Bill and Michael Brown unpack how the Bank of England’s unexpectedly hawkish messaging last week helped ignite a sharp repricing across markets already rattled by the Middle East conflict, pushing swap rates up by nearly a full percentage point, and exposing the UK’s fragile fiscal backdrop. They explore why the Bank may be fighting the wrong inflation battle and what this means for borrowers weighing two‑ versus five‑year fixes, and why both housing market activity and policy decisions are now hostage to fast‑shifting geopolitical and energy‑price risks. 👉Listen to the podcast episode here: https://bit.ly/4t9Wxjn

It has been two weeks since our remarkable our Cycle to MIPIM team completed the epic 1,350km+ journey from London to Cannes 🚴 Now in its 20th anniversary year, the ride saw participants take on either a six‑day or four‑day route, with the 60‑strong peloton covering between 130km and 300km per day in relay stages. On average, six‑day riders completed at least 775km - a challenge that tests both physical and mental endurance. Our riders Mark Sutton , Rob Sorby, Richard Fulchiron, James Jones, Archie MacColl and Ben Sheriff - demonstrated exceptional grit, teamwork and determination throughout the event. Their efforts support three incredible charities: The Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust, Cyclists Fighting Cancer, and Coram. Their commitment is truly inspiring, and every kilometre cycled will help make a meaningful difference and transform young lives. If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to support the team, there’s still time. Every contribution counts. 👉 Donate here: https://bit.ly/3N2V3Im A huge congratulations once again to all the riders and the amazing Club Peloton team, an outstanding achievement. 🏆👏 #CycletoMIPIM #ClubPeloton #KnightFrank #MIPIM

Corporate real estate leaders started 2026 not with clarity, but with contradiction. Our new (Y)OUR SPACE Horizon Report draws on a focused pulse survey of global CRE leaders during the first quarter of 2026. What we found: Sentiment is cautious but optimistic Boards want meaningful and immediate cost savings but they also want to prioritize business transformation. Portfolios are not necessarily expanding, but they are improving in quality. Find out more from our full report: https://lnkd.in/ghf6uCcB #YOURSPACE #KnightFrank
