There’s a chill in the air. You know what that means, right? Yep, back to Stella Montis with you. The power is out, and you’re the one who needs to fix it!
Fragmented Logs is a new quest introduced in the Flashpoint update in ARC Raiders, and expands upon the thin amount of lore released about Stella Montis. Naturally, as this mission takes place on one of the most dangerous maps in the game, you’ll want to approach this one with a bit of caution!
Let’s take a look at how to get through this quest unscathed, so we can get back to pulverising Vaporisers in the new Close Scrutiny map condition!
Prerequisites
Before you set out on your expedition to Stella Montis, you’ll need to bring the following items:
- 1x Electrical Components
You’ll need this to repair something midway through the quest, so be sure not to forget it. While this, of course, means that you can’t run a free loadout, you do get the benefit of having a higher chance to spawn in a fresh 30-minute game, rather than halfway through.
This gives you more time to carry out your mission and more of a chance of looting some valuable items while you’re at it!
If you don’t have any electrical components, you can either loot them while you're on the map or simply craft them at the Refiner for 4 Rubber Parts and 8 Plastic Parts.

Robotic Sandbox
While you can complete the objectives of this mission in any order, it makes more sense to do them this way, so you don’t end up running around as much.
Once you’ve loaded in to Stella Montis, start heading to the centre of the map, where the sandboxes are located. If you haven’t been to these areas before, take care, as they’re usually infested with ground-based ARC units, Shredders and high-up turrets.
While there are multiple power switches in the Sandbox backrooms, I’ve circled one of the easiest to find, as it’s directly east of the northern sandbox.
Sandbox Control Room
Once you’ve turned on the power below, you’ll want to make your way up to the control room, which overlooks the sandbox.
You can either head up through the surrounding corridors or take a manual lift, which will take you up a level. Once you’ve reached one of the control rooms, search the surrounding consoles until you find an out-of-service terminal. This is where you will use those electrical components that you packed earlier.
Cultural Archives
Finally, once you’ve done everything in the Sandbox area, you need to head east, to the top level, above the Seed Vaults. Here you’ll find the Cultural Archives.
In the far southeast part of the Archives, there is another backroom where you’ll find the final computer terminal. This area is generally swarming with Ticks, so keep that flashlight on and take them out before they latch onto you.
Bring the power online for the final terminal, and the quest will be considered complete. Now you can extract through the exit located due west of the Seed Vault.
Rewards
For completing this quest, you will be rewarded with the following items:
- 3x Showstoppers
- 3x Trailblazers
These are pretty powerful grenades that you might want to take with you on your next excursion. They might save your hide next time you’re facing death by Bastion!
In addition, you will also unlock access to the next quest in the Stella Montis series, called Furtive Meetings.
