Warhorse's hardcore medieval simulation game, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, is a major improvement on its predecessor. The video game follows Henry of Skalitz, the illegitimate son of the nobleman Sir Radzig, in his new role as squire to the young lord Sir Hans Capon. It delivers an authentic experience of life in medieval Bohemia and fully immerses players in all aspects of daily life.
Throughout Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, players can find multiple treasure maps, which can be discovered through random encounters in the world. These maps feature rough, not-to-scale drawings with only landmarks and the occasional arrow as guidance. This quick and handy guide will explain where to find each treasure and what rewards await.

After finding the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance II treasure map in a random encounter, the image will point to a location in the rocky labyrinth of Apollonia, on the eastern side of the first region explored in the game. The screenshot of the map above shows the cave's location in the northern part of the area, best reached by taking the road from the northern side of Trosky Castle before looping back and heading south into Apollonia. Approaching from this direction, the cave will be on the right-hand side of the road, which is ready for Henry to explore.
Inside the cave, there are two sets of ladders to ascend before reaching a room with a locked chest in the center. For now, ignore the chest, as its key is found on the far side of the room inside a cracked skull. The key, called the Key from Below Trosky, unlocks the chest, which contains around 200 Groschen, two pieces of Frankfurt steel, and an assortment of other valuables. While this quick influx of coin and crafting materials pales in comparison to later rewards, it's a perfect early-game boost.

The second map leads players to a ravine north of Rocktower Pond, near the campsite where Henry and the other envoys from Rattay are ambushed at the start of the game. The map marker refers to this treasure location as Skeleton with Treasure, and it is more well-hidden and harder to reach than the previous one.
To find it, head to the top of Devil's Finger, where a small container holds around 200 Groschen. However, this is not the true treasure. While at the top, look west for a way to descend, where a fallen tree acts as a bridge across the ravine. Cross the tree, then head south over another fallen tree and follow the cliff edge. Continue this way until spotting a section of rock below that is separated from the rest. Players should carefully drop down through the trees, which will involve a small amount of fall damage, so that they can reach a stone plinth where a skeleton rests with its arm around an old sack.
Inside the sack are 200 Groschen, some jewelry, and a golden chalice. Money is always useful in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and the chalice can be sold for a good sum. If Henry doesn’t already have any jewelry, keeping it for the charisma boost may also be worthwhile.
The Third Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Treasure Map Guides Players to the Kuttenburg Region
Players Can Find a Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Skill Book With This Treasure Map
This next treasure-filled location is in the Kuttenburg region, which becomes accessible after progressing far enough in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II's main quest (don’t worry, the Trosky region remains accessible at any time). This treasure map leads players into the expansive and often confusing underground tunnels of Kuttenburg, with the entrance located in a ruined house near one of the city’s entrances. As mentioned, these tunnels can be disorienting but are packed with random loot, so getting lost might not be a bad thing.
For those wanting to head straight to the treasure, after entering the tunnels, take a left at the first archway and continue straight until reaching a split in the cave. Follow the water to stay on the correct path. Soon after, another junction appears with three possible directions. Players should take the path on the right, and the treasure will be impossible to miss. At the end of this path is a large pile of rubble with a sack on top. Inside the sack are over 200 Groschen, valuable jewelry, and the Strength of the Knight III skill book.

The fourth and final map from Kingdom Come: Deliverance II's Seeking Man random encounters once again leads players to a location in the Kuttenburg region, this time in the southeast near Millstone Quarry. This quarry is situated south of the village of Bylany, where players can meet Jan Posy of Zimburg and take on a fun side quest to help him find his captured brother and recover their belongings.
After reaching the quarry, the map uses a doughnut shape to represent millstones, which indicates the path players should follow. Alternatively, players can head straight to the spot as shown above. To find the treasure, follow a small river or stream southeast out of the quarry, then turn right and follow another stream uphill. This path is eventually blocked by a fallen tree, at which point players should turn left and continue until they come across the final millstone. Nearby, there is a chest containing a Saxon Kettle Hat, Skullcrushers Book III, some money, and valuable jewelry.
