SCOPE assessments
The SCOPE methodology forms the common language that is part of the solution for breaking down the barriers in agricultural finance. In practice, the methodology takes shape in the form of an assessment tool, a thermometer that measures the management maturity and professionalism of producer organizations. The SCOPE is based on nine key chapters that are scored on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is the highest level of management maturity. An assessment leads to a profile and an assessment report. The SCOPE also collects a vast amount of data and documentation to support the rating and provide detailed insight in the PO. See SCOPE products for more information on Profiles and assessment reports.
