Couldn’t ask for a better person to lead this journey 🚀Audrey Boisumeau shared thisIn news that won’t surprise many who know what I’ve been working towards over the last few months, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m stepping into a new role as Head of Out of Home at Azerion, leading the growth of my favourite channel through our DSP: Hawk (an Azerion company). HAWK has long been a front runner in pDOOH omnichannel campaigns - launching our first back in 2018 - and I’m honoured to be entrusted with growing the channel further. I come into this role differently to the norm. My background is rooted in Out of Home, not programmatic. While many in pDOOH are learning the channel from a programmatic starting point, I’ve had to learn programmatic - I see that as a huge advantage and beneficial for all who work with us (including our fabulous OOH Media Owners). Over the last four years working across omnichannel DSPs, a few consistent challenges around pDOOH keep surfacing: 🎓 Education and support are still needed 🧩 Agency structures make channel ownership complex 🧭 Programmatic teams are asked to master a channel that is planned, performs, and sits very differently compared to other channels 🎨 Dynamic Creative Optimisation still has a long way to go before becoming standard 📊 Measurement, verification, and photography remain key pain points I’m stepping into this role with a clear focus: to help solve these challenges, lean in where it matters, and make pDOOH work as hard as possible for agencies and clients - and to help grow this channel into the powerhouse it is. At a time when pDOOH momentum and interest is building, I’m excited to bridge traditional approaches and programmatic strengths, to deliver meaningful results - and having pDOOH at the heart of omnichannel campaigns, rather than a bolted on "nice to have" channel. On s'est donc lancer un défi : créer, en 1 mois, un court métrage d’animation réalisé 100% avec l’IA, en mettant en pratique tout ce que nous avons appris jusque-là. Prebid.org Ascent delivered as always. Great to see so many familiar faces across the industry, along with a few new ones. Herve Brunet was on stage for Pubstack, speaking on the panel “Agentic AI: Signal vs Noise” panel. What’s real, what isn’t, and what publishers should actually be doing now. From the conversations afterwards, it clearly struck a chord. A good reminder that while there’s no shortage of new ideas and solutions, too many still forget to properly think of it from the publishers perspective And to round it off, the Index Exchange Advertising Week drinks. Most agencies optimise what the platform reports. They improve ROAS. They lower CPC. They increase conversion rate. The dashboard looks stronger each month. But platforms report platform outcomes. They do not report incremental profit. They do not measure margin per unit. They do not absorb return costs or stock pressure. So performance can improve while contribution stays flat.
