🟣 Following a month of celebration, reflection and connection, we’re proud to look back on how colleagues across our international offices marked Women’s History Month in March. Throughout the month, colleagues from across our international network came together to mark Women’s History Month, celebrating the achievements and impact of women throughout history and across Fieldfisher today. Guided by the themes Rights, Justice and Action and Give to Gain, the month was filled with opportunities to reflect, learn and connect. A particular highlight was our fireside chat with Dr Makaziwe Mandela, who shared powerful insights on leadership, legacy and the role of collective action in driving progress. Our Give to Gain video campaign also shone a light on colleagues across the firm and the everyday ways they support gender equity through allyship, leadership and community. Across the network, offices marked the month in meaningful and creative ways. In Belfast, colleagues gathered for a Women in History bingo and networking evening, celebrating inspiring women from science, culture, sport, politics and within our own office. In Düsseldorf, the team hosted Acting with Authority, an interactive workshop led by ethnologist Rachel Etse, exploring confidence, influence and empowered working environments. Our Portugal office shared a video honouring the history and progress of women in the legal profession, from the country’s first female lawyer to those shaping Fieldfisher today. In Spain, colleagues marked the month through an International Women’s Day newsletter, a collage celebrating women across the offices, and a workshop on equality action plans. In London, the Back Her Business vending machine takeover showcased women-owned brands, inspired by the NatWest and Crowdfunder programme. 💭 Women’s History Month 2026 reminded us of the power of recognition, connection and shared commitment. Together, we continue to build a more equitable and inclusive future. #WHM #Inclusion #IWD #WomensHistoryMonth

📣 Big changes to EMI are coming on 6 April 2026 and they could open the door for many more businesses to grant EMI options … is now the right time to consider EMI for your business? In the first of the Fieldfisher Incentives team's spotlight on Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) options, we are celebrating the upcoming changes to the EMI regime. The changes mark a significant step forward, increasing the number of companies who are eligible to grant EMI share options. Effective from 6 April 2026, thresholds will increase across four key areas, including share value limits, employee headcount, gross assets and the tax advantaged exercise period. Together, these changes will make EMI more accessible to larger and later stage growth companies, acting as a powerful tool for companies looking to attract, retain and incentivise their employees over the long term. Our Incentives team is already advising clients on how these changes can be used as part of wider growth and reward strategies. If you’d like to understand what this could mean for your business, please get in touch with our team: Mark Gearing, Jennifer Martin, Josef Korchinsky and Jess Kilkelly. 💡Watch out for the team's next spotlight on the key differences between EMI and CSOP options. #EMI #CSOP #Incentives #Employees
