Our international cross-practice team is advising Stonepeak on its acquisition of Castrol from bp – continuing the re-shaping of the energy sector. The transaction values Castrol at an enterprise value of approximately USD10.1 billion and is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
