Director of Regulatory Affairs – Ingredients 📍 Milwaukee, Wisconsin This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in food ingredient regulations and a proven ability to support product development, commercialization, and global market access. You will play a key role in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and international frameworks. You will also work across a variety of functions to guide teams through evolving regulatory requirements while supporting innovation and commercial objectives. The position will oversee regulatory submissions, including GRAS notifications and international approvals, manage documentation and labeling compliance, and act as the internal subject matter expert across global markets. We’re looking for a senior regulatory professional with 10+ years’ experience in food or ingredient regulation, strong knowledge of FDA frameworks, and experience supporting global market access.   • CSG Talent is partnering with a high-growth explosives and mining chemicals company to support a key leadership appointment. Managing Director – LATAM 📍 Peru With significant capital approved, new plants being deployed, and strong demand from global mining clients, the MD will lead the region through its next phase of scale and growth. This is a rare opportunity to take full regional ownership and shape a business with significant expansion potential. The role carries full P&L responsibility across multiple countries, leading country managers while driving regional strategy execution. You will focus on securing and growing major mining contracts, overseeing operational performance, and supporting capital deployment as additional manufacturing capacity comes online. Initially, the focus will be strongly commercial, building Tier 1 mining relationships and positioning the region for sustained growth. We are seeking a senior leader with extensive experience in explosives, mining chemicals, or mining services, with a proven track record of winning and managing major mining contracts. Strong P&L leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing multi-country teams are essential, and a background in mining engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese highly desirable.
