CSG strengthens its position in the defence sector  🇦🇹 CSG is acquiring a 49% stake in Austrian company Hirtenberger Defence Systems, a long-standing manufacturer of mortar systems and ammunition. This acquisition expands CSG’s portfolio in 60, 81 and 120 mm mortar systems and significantly enhances its production capacity in Europe – marking the Group’s first investment in Austria. HDS also brings advanced technological expertise, including digital fire control systems that improve targeting accuracy, deployment speed and integration with modern battlefield systems. The move supports CSG’s long-term strategy of vertical integration and reinforces its ability to respond to growing demand from NATO and partner countries.

CSG has published its financial results for 2025. The past year was a milestone for the Group, delivering strong financial performance, continued growth, and the execution of strategic projects on a global scale. Throughout the year, CSG secured significant long-term contracts, expanded its production capacities, and advanced its vertical integration strategy. At the same time, the Group intensively prepared for its transformation into a publicly listed company, strengthening governance, reporting, and capital structure. These efforts culminated in the successful listing on Euronext Amsterdam at the beginning of 2026, creating a solid foundation for the next phase of growth. CSG continues to strengthen its presence in Europe. Through CSG Polska, we have signed a preliminary agreement to acquire DOMAR MS Sp. z o.o., a leading Polish manufacturer of cabling, cable harnesses, electrical boxes and distributor of electrical connectors for defence systems and advanced industrial applications. This step marks CSG’s first acquisition in Poland and an important milestone in building strong local industrial capabilities, while further enhancing our vertical integration and supply chain resilience. Domar MS will continue its operations in Poland, with planned investments into production capacity and long-term development, both locally and internationally. A U.S. Army delegation recently visited several CSG companies to explore opportunities for cooperation and learn more about our capabilities in land systems and artillery ammunition. During the visit, they toured production facilities and saw selected technologies and products firsthand. MSM North America plays a key role in connecting CSG with partners and customers in the United States, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and contracting frameworks. At EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r.o., the delegation experienced the Morana 155 wheeled self-propelled howitzer, including a live firing demonstration. At TATRA TRUCKS a.s., they explored production and tested vehicles on the proving ground, highlighting the unique Tatra chassis known for its mobility and durability. At MSM GROUP in Slovakia, they gained insight into the production of 155 mm artillery ammunition and the capabilities behind large-caliber manufacturing.

BEDEX – Brussels European Defence Exhibition & Conference 2026 is underway.   From March 12 to 14, the BEDEX is bringing together key players from the defense industry in Belgium. Companies from CSG present at the event include MSM GROUP, TATRA TRUCKS a.s., TATRA DEFENCE, EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s r.o., and Czechoslovak Export.   The main exhibit at the stand is a Tatra vehicle equipped with a DAF cab, developed through cooperation between Tatra Trucks, Tatra Defence Vehicle and companies DAF Trucks NV and VDL Groep. The vehicle is primarily intended for the Belgian Armed Forces.   The event also brings together representatives of key institutions and senior officials, including members of the Belgian Armed Forces, NATO, and other international partners.   📍 BEDEX 2026 📅 March 12 to 14

Today, CSG Polska and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. have signed a new Framework Cooperation Agreement, expanding our existing cooperation and establishing a broader multi-domain industrial partnership. The agreement creates opportunities for deeper collaboration in several key areas of the defence industry, including: • development and production of engines for unmanned systems and missile applications  • cooperation in medium- and large-calibre ammunition, including 30 mm, 120 mm and 155 mm  • technological collaboration on land platforms, specialized vehicles and heavy mobile solutions The partnership also opens the door to joint participation in international defence projects within EU and NATO frameworks, contributing to the strengthening of Europe’s defence industrial base and the security of Central Europe and NATO’s eastern flank. By combining the technological and industrial capabilities of both groups, CSG and PGZ aim to create long-term value for our companies, partners, and allied armed forces. On 4 March 2026, ZVS holding and EURENCO confirmed the establishment of a joint venture to construct a new Modular Artillery Charge Systems (MACS) plant in Strážske, Slovakia. With an investment of approx. €300 million, the facility will begin operations in 2028 and produce several hundred thousand modular propellant charges annually. The project strengthens European ammunition production capacity, enhances supply chain resilience, and reinforces CSG’s long-term strategy of securing key components within the defence manufacturing chain. CSG expands into the Hungarian defence industry. Following our strategic partnership with 4iG Space and Defence Technologies and Rába Automotive Holding Plc., we have signed key agreements including a framework for up to several thousand heavy tactical military vehicles for the Hungarian Armed Forces, with localised production in Hungary. The cooperation also covers a major export programme and opens the way for potential integration of the HIMARS systems for the Hungarian Armed Forces onto Tatra chassis platform.
