I wish writers would consult actual immunologists before doing things like this. If the immune system is so hypersensitive that it attacks anything that is foreign, placing it inside something that is not him would make it attack every cell. It would downright kill them, like every other foreign DNA it encounters.

Yeah, the solution is not character driven stories that show heroism by challenging limitations with tough moral and ethical dilemmas.

So much easier to power creep and warp characters beyond recognition into something "new", hoping what you throw at the wall excites fans and sticks, rather than trying to work with what came before and building on that.

First, glad a new company is debuting. Healthy competition never hurt any industry.

Second, you make it sound like comic book companies don't start up all the time. This is untrue. This one just happens to have proven talent attached.
