With the latest Battlefield game comes an all-new progression system for you to grind while you play, but thankfully, Battlefield 6 has more than a few ways to rise to the top even faster than before. Given the sheer amount of gadgets and weaponry locked behind rank requirements or other progression-based challenges, the faster you level up, the faster you can enjoy everything else Battlefield 6 has to offer.

Although playing the game consistently and getting kills can net you a reliable amount of experience points, it's far from the only thing you should be focusing on while playing. While Battlefield 2042 offered free cosmetics for BF6, grinding classes like the Engineer or Support are an excellent way to skip past the limited selection of early game gear even faster than usual.

Every Way To Reliably Level Up Fast In Battlefield 6

Adjusting Your Playstyle Is A Fantastic Early Game InvestmentBattlefield 6 gameplay highlighting objective XP

Support has by far some of the most XP earning potential in Battlefield 6, thanks to its ability to quickly revive players with the Defibulators, while also supplying teammates actively with ammo crates or passively by playing alongside them.

If you have a friend or a talented teammate on a hot streak in a tank, lying on top, staying inside, or hanging on the back as an Engineer, you can net massive amounts of XP from jumping out for repairs and taking out enemy ranks with RPGs on occasion.

Gadgets that interact with teammates are often a good way to passively farm XP as well, with the Assault's Spawn Beacon and Recon's spotting gadgets both being good options without requiring much effort on your part.

Regardless of which class you're playing in Battlefield 6, one of the fastest and reliable methods to actually earn XP is by simply focusing on playing around objectives as much as possible. While it sounds obvious at first, playing with a small group that can quickly flank opponents and take over objectives can go a long way to rising not only in the leaderboard, but the ranking system itself without much hassle.

Smaller maps or modes like Rush can also be a great way to level up quickly purely because of how consistently you stay in the action and find yourself around teammates, with the smaller XP bonuses from playing objectives and supporting allies easily adding up over time instead of wasting time hiking across larger conquest maps.

Make Sure To Regularly Check Your Challenges For Free XP

Don't Miss Out On These Countless Free Rewards

On top of the previous tips, the in-game challenges for Battlefield 6 are absolutely the way to go for both leveling up fast and mixing up your gameplay. Offering both daily and weekly sets of missions with a staggering amount of XP just waiting for you to grab, you'll want to keep checking into the challenge menu to see if there are any ways to grab these free rewards for just a little extra effort.

On top of the rotating assignments, Battlefield 6 also has several initiation challenges to help you get a leg up against the competition for your levels. Found in the permanent assignments section of the challenge menu, completing all initiation challenges will net you a total of 20,000 XP, two vehicle camo skins, and 8 XP boosters for you to use later on.

XP Boosters are only actively consumed while in a multiplayer match, and do not decay in menus or loading screens even after being activated.

Speaking of XP Boosters, these are also a fantastic ranking bonus that you don't want to just leave sitting around in your inventory, with options for Hardware and Rank boosts that range from 30, 60, and 90 minutes each. With the first season of Battlefield 6 already on the horizon, DICE is likely to hand out even more in the coming weeks after release for you to collect to speed up the early game grind.
