After joining Screen Rant in January 2025, Guy became a Senior Features Writer in March of the same year, and now specializes in features about classic TV shows. With several years' experience writing for and editing TV, film and music publications, his areas of expertise include a wide range of genres, from comedies, animated series, and crime dramas, to Westerns and political thrillers.

Hailing from Cheshire in the northwest of England, Guy has written about movies, TV, music and culture since his teenage years. He's worked as an editor for Far Out magazine and Dispatches Europe, with a background in creative writing, publishing, history and classical literature, his publications include movie and TV explainers for Best of Netflix, an essay on Nick Drake's final four songs, and a short story selected for performance by London's Liars' League in 2022.
